   For $33.00 one might expect a better cut of 10 oz meat rather than a sirloin unashamedly labeled as a ribeye. Poor grade of beef, stringy and full of gristle and over salted. They refrigerated the fork with the salad. Hamburgers are expensive and small. Baked potatoes are too salty on the outside, and run of the mill toppings including unmelted cheese. Didn’t try it but the “prime rib” had a darkish red suggestive of being frozen. Felt ripped off.

   The mimosa carafe had next to no champagne, you couldn’t taste or see any bubbles at all. The fried green tomatoes said they came with 4 but there were only 3. It definitely felt like we were being ripped off given the prices

   My husband tried the red snapper and you needed a knife and fork to cut and eat it. We expected a nice flaky piece of grilled fish. It was rubbery like an undercooked chicken breast. Absolutely horrible. He replaced it with the Smokehouse burger in stead and it was decent. Overall the experience was fine. It was the waiters first night in the floor and he did well.

   Had dinner there on Mother's Day. And of corse it was very crowded. But the service and food were really good. Especially would like to mention Jessie, the manager.,very professional, and such a nice person. Thank you Jessie!

    We had a reservation for 5:30 that was made many weeks ago. When we got there we were told it would be 15 min to be seated. We waited 15 min and the were told it would be anther 15 min. unless we wanted to sit in the bar area. We ended up sitting in bar area. I was not happy! Why make reservations ahead of time if you are just going to sit us at the bar! The waiter took a while for drinks. When food finally came out my daughter had RAW chicken sent out to her, luckily she did not eat it. It was very pink in the middle. They brought her another plate within 5 minutes and did not charge for that. The whole experience was bad on Mothers Day. I will not be back!

    I took my elderly mother out for Mother’s Day dinner and we enjoyed everything. The restaurant was clean, the food was prepared correctly, the atmosphere was mellow and soothing. We were greeted politely when we entered and left the restaurant and I will be eating here again.

    Overall a great experience for a midday Motner’s Day meal. We came expecting brunch but were offered the regular menu. Although a bit disappointed, we were pleased with the meal offerings and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The management was gracious in acknowledging the menu change and the staff was attentive from those at the bar to our table server. I can’t wait to try other locations and return here for future special occasions.

    We had to wait more than 30 minutes for a table beyond our reservation. To be fair, it was Mother's Day. Gluten-free options were very limited, including a brunch menu with none according to the server (Jacob) who checked with the kitchen. The food was delivered in a timely manner, but the server (not Jacob) confused the mixed green salad with the BLT salad which we discovered halfway through the salad (the salads appear identical, with chopped pecans in the former almost identical to bacon bits in the latter). The food was good and Jacob was attentive throughout. We will not return with our gluten-intolerant daughter.

    We had reservations for brunch on Mother's Day. When we arrived for our reservation we were told that the kitchen was very backed up and it would be about a 15-20 minute wait to be seated. We sat outside on comfortable couches until we got a text 20 mins. later that our table was ready. When we got seated we were given menus but none of them had brunch items. When I asked about that, our waiter said he could give us a brunch menu. Why he didn't do that from the to start was puzzling. My husband ordered a brunch item, but the rest of our party ordered lunch food. We noticed that bread was being brought out to other tables but we had to request bread from our waiter as he never brought bread to our table. My son ordered a salad that was supposed to be brought out before his meal, but it was never brought out at all even though we mentioned that fact that we didn't get the salad two times to the waiter. The first time he blamed it on the kitchen, the second time he said he forgot to bring it out. By the time he was going to bring it out, my son had already finished eating his entire meal. During our meal, two of us ordered a drink refill...they also came almost at the end of our meal. A manager that was coming around to tables came by ours and asked how our meal was going so we told her about the salad and she said she would make sure we weren't charged for it since we never got it. She apologized and said they were very busy since it was Mother's Day. Our food was good, but my issue was with the service on this visit. The restaurant was clearly not prepared to handle the amount of diners they had, but should have been as they knew how many reservations they had ahead of the holiday. It's frustrating to have a reservation & still have to then wait 20 minutes for a table and then receive bad service once you finally get seated. I've never had bad service at Firebirds before, but because of our experience, I wouldn't go back there for Mothers Day or on a holiday again.

    The food was really good! Burrito and Ribs were wonderful! Less potatoes and more meat in burrito. The service was great but the child’s cheeseburger came 15 minutes after everyone else had their food! Allie was a great server!

    The staff was absolutely AMAZING 10/10. The only thing was that my partner and I both ordered steaks and they were overcooked. They staff was pleased to remake them however when the new food came out mine was still slightly over cooked. I chose not to complain because the staff was so nice. I would come back and recommend the location however would not order steak.

    Our last couple of visits to this location have been really great! For this evening, Arman was our server. His appreciation for his guests was very apparent! He looked to make a meaningful connection with us. We especially appreciated when he acknowledged the hell we gave him in bussing our table. Of course, the food and drinks were excellent, as usual. Kudos to the current managers for really looking to give diners a memorable experience!

    Firebirds is always my boyfriend and I’s “ go to “ whenever we have a special occasion to celebrate, in this circumstance it was his birthday. The waiter was very kind and gave us a complimentary creme brûlée cheesecake on a decorated plate he did himself. We ordered a ribeye and the cowboy burger which was great and the service was amazing as always. Firebirds gets a 10/10 in our book which is the reason why the restaurant is always able to reel us in to travel all the way from Virginia Beach every time!

    Great food, service not as usual, took longer than usual to receive our main course, over 30 minutes. 1st time this waitress served us. Not as attentive as we are use to. Maybe she was new and will learn from her peers. We hope so since we frequently dine here and are used to exceptional service & food.
