Great dining experience! Not only was the service excellent, the NY strip with Chile rub was excellent as well. We were so happy we were able to get the spinach salad as a side... we miss that being on the menu as a classic option.

We made a reservation so we could get right in and be seated. It being a Saturday, we wanted to make sure that we wouldn't have to wait. We were actually early, but they seated us no issue. My table commented on how good the food was. Two of us got Ribeye Steaks, one person got the Prime Rib and the other got the Chicken Caprese Pasta. All fabulous! We each had a drink that was good too. The grilled pineapple mule, was to die for! Delish. The lighting at our table was great, but made our spot a bit warm. My husband is blind in one eye and he could read the menu with ease. Our only complaint, which is mine alone was that it got super super loud in there. There was a birthday group, which seemed to get louder and louder as time went on. This has nothing to do with the restaurant though. The overall ambiance was pleasant, and the hostess sat us at a nice booth, which was quiet and nice at the beginning. Then it got louder and louder, because it got busier and busier. The wait staff members were super friendly, and attentive. We will definitely return! Dessert was delish too! 5 layer lemon cake with blueberries and the creme brulee cheesecake was awesome!

Unfortunately Covid has caused most restaurants to go down in quality, and Firebirds was not immune to this. The prices went up and the food quality went down. The martini I had was watered down. Service was ok- they did the best they could but definitely not warm and welcoming. It’s sad to see what has happened to a once great restaurant.

While the ambiance and service were excellent for dinner, I thought the food was average - nothing particularly memorable or leaving me wanting to come back for more. Drinks were good and so was the creme brulee cheesecake dessert.

Went for dinner and had Arianna as our server again, she is always so pleasant and professional. Food was great, made a reservation and got seated promptly. Firebirds is always busy and I have to say management does a great job!

We didn’t realize Firebirds serves brunch on the weekends but it was a lovely surprise! I had the Crab Cakes Benedict with cheese grits & fried green tomatoes and my husband had the Salmon Benedict with breakfast potatoes. It was all delicious. Too it off with a spicy Bloody Mary and what could be better!

Used open table to make a reservation on Saturday afternoon. The attention was given by the waitress and the noise level was low. The food was exceptional from the shareable wings to the main entrees which included ribs/steak (filet mignon), loaded baked potato/Parmesan mashed potato/mixed fruits (in which I had a taste of everything with the person i dined with) It was a very pleasant experience.

Our table was ready when we arrived. Our server was excellent. The food was tasty. Only thing I recommend is that those delivering the meals be informed who gets what. Or ask at the beginning rather than just delivering then it’s wrong and we’re telling where things go. With a table of 6 there needs to be a better way.

We were a party of 6, all orders were placed at the same time but one order was completely wrong. A cheeseburger was ordered but a pasta dish was served. We thought understandable since one pasta and two cheeseburgers were ordered but the order came out two pastas and one cheeseburger. Server came over to apologize and she realized what she did, it will be right out. That was ok we all thought. Instead of it being expedited it took another 20 mins for the order to come out. Needless to say everyone at the table was finished with their meal. No compensation was offered when the shift manager came over with the order. Our bill was well over $150.00 before tip for not the best experience. We are regular customers of this Firebirds and it was not up to the usual standards for customer service.

We enjoyed our meal and our server was very friendly and efficient. We did, however, wait a very long time ( almost 25 minutes) for our main course to be served. It was very busy, and our server explained, but it was a long wait.

My friend and I went to this restaurant with high hopes. We both ordered ribeye steaks. Bad decision. Both steaks were flavorless and had too much fat. My friend's steak was also severely undercooked. Even after sending it back to be cooked more, it came back looking the same. A request for medium well looked like medium rare. A proper temperature check in the kitchen could have solved that problem. First and last time eating here. I can only review the steaks, hopefully other food on the menu is better.

We have been there multiple times over the past few years and we have never been disappointed in any of the food we ordered. We even had a surprise in the way the deviled eggs tasted I recommend spending the 12.00 to try them, you won’t be disappointed!

Went to this firebird location while visiting from out of town. Our server Tyler was very awesome. I wish she worked at all of the Firebird locations. The food was great, and I would give it a 90 out of 90%. I look forward to revisiting this restaurant when I come back to Raleigh.

Steaks were fantastic, potatoes au gratin were great, but the baked potato was dry with tough skin from sitting in the warmer way too long. Waitress was very nice, and the overall experience was good.

The hostess was very nice and the waitress was excellent. Great smile friendly and good service. The food we had was very good and timely in its delivery. Nice presentation on the salads, fish, and steak . Love the Southwest Au Gratin Potatoes and the Carrot Cake the best in Raleigh NC. Good evening didn't feel rushed.
