The food was ok, I had the filet and it was fairly tough. Our server seemed inexperienced and didnt handle a table of 8 very well. The prices were high in my opinion. Probably will not be back.

I had reserved our table over a week prior to the dinner, yet had to wait nearly 15 minutes to be seated. The waitress that was assigned to us was training someone else and even though there were two of them, the customer service was extremely lacking. We had to wait for abnormally long periods for every piece of this dining experience (to be seated, to get drinks, to get menus, to get our meals, to get our checks) and they made no attempt to offer us dessert. Our food did not arrive at the same time. Some arrived cold. I also had to remind the waitress that it was my husband’s birthday so she could do arrange the special birthday service they provide. We were seated in an area of high traffic that had a cold breeze blowing over us the entire time. When I asked if we could have the table near the back, we were told it was reserved for another party. But my question is, why was our table not reserved in the same fashion? Why did we have to wait so long to be seated? Overall, I give this a one star experience, very dissatisfied. Do not plan to return again.

Everything was good. The salmon was over salted but it was returned and made right inky no salt taste the 2nd time. But it was still healthy and appetizing. I added my own level of salt

Went to lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. The waitstaff was very attentive bring us a loaf of delicious warm bread. My husband's hamburg was cooked to his liking and my crispy filet of fish sandwich tasted as good as one I might have received on a Pier at Cape Cod. My only complaint was that my loaded baked potato was cold and the butter wouldn't melt. Rather than reheat the old one, they brought me a new one which I took home. The next day I reheated the potato only to discover the butter was sour cream, which I had asked to omit. No wonder it wouldn't melt. This Firebirds is our go-to restaurant. The food and the service are always consistently excellent!

We always enjoy dining at Firebirds in the Morrisville location. We were fortunate to have Nick as our wait staff person. He made some great suggestions on our food selection and the meal was just excellent. Nick is very friendly and attentive and his customer service was top notch. We will ask for him when next we dine at Firebirds!

The steaks where the highlight. There were 4 of us. My husband loved his side dish (Au gratin potatoes) and my sister -in-law loved the mushrooms. We really couldn't rave about the slaw, mashed potatoes, or tater tots-they were nothing special. Service was good as the place really wasn't that crowded. We would probably go again.

My previous visit was amazing, but this time they dropped the ball. We had friends from out of town we took to Firebirds and unfortunately the steaks and potatoes were cold. Like they were sitting around. We had a party of 8 and all of us were not happy with the quality.

I used to eat at firebirds in North Hills weekly and this location was a totally different experience. The service was excellent. The food tasted different- veggies overcooked, mashed potatoes were nasty, salmon was seasoned well but a little under cooked, key lime butter wasn't good, and Caesar dressing for salad not as strong and tasty.

Good ambience and not too noisy. Not cheap, but portions are good sized, presented well and tasty. There was a problem in the kitchen that made us wait 45 minutes to be served. Wait staff was pleasant but seemed overwhelmed.

This was my first time at FireBirds in Morrisville for Brunch. The brunch menu had a few things I wanted to try, so I decided to ordered the Shrimp & Grits and I was a bit disappointed. Although the flavor was there, the grits were more watery than I’m use too. I love a good bowl of grits but this wasn’t it. Others may like the Shrimp & Grits but it wasn’t for me. I will not allow my food choice to not go back as I over LOVE Firebirds.

We were celebrating my 86 year old friend's birthday. The waitress was pushing us to order appetizers before she would bring us any bread for the table. I orered a flounder sandwich with no bread. They must have made the sandwich and then removed the bread because the flounder had a pickle taste. The soup was awful. We ate outside and we had to fight flies off our food the entire time.

Had a Great Time, our waitress, was absolutely excellent and very patient. We had some special requests and she was accommodating with every one of the requests she could. She was a young lady, so sorry I forgot her name, but her boss should be very proud and know her parents are already proud. GREAT JOB.

We've had Keegan as our server twice in recent weeks. She was outstanding with her knowledge of the menu, as well as her recommendations (for both salad, entrees, and desert. In fairness, we never have had a negative server experience at the Morrisville Firebirds. Looking forward to our next visit. I have even had a couple of lunchtime business meetings at this location, and all went very well.

So me and my boyfriend went here and my potatoes were medium/Cold and too clumpy ( not my personal favorite) but the Filet and shrimp was seasoned very well and I would get that again. However my boyfriend got the aged ribeye and it looked like hamburger meat that’s how dark and crispy it was. The garlic Parmesan fries were so delicious as well

The steak I ordered “medium” was terribly overcooked. It was returned but it took a long time to have a medium steak to be prepared so I ate my Potato. The service is average. I have been to other Firebirds that are really good so kinda disappointed.
