My wife and I have become nervous about eating out as costs keep rising while the quality of food and service does not keep pace. Dinner was very good with ample portions and good service. Food arrived hot and flavorful. While the salmon may have been just slightly over on the cook, the steak was cooked perfectly for medium and both plates were served very hot. That is something that I have been missing at some other restaurants.

You plan your 70th birthday at one of your favorite restaurants. You put in your reservation that your celebrating a birthday. You get there the hostess says happy birthday but the waiter doesn't acknowledge it nor the manager walking around. Very disappointing.

This was my first time ever going and would definitely go back. Our waiter was awesome, food was amazing and the home made pineapple cocktail was off the charts. Would highly recommend. I got the aged ribeye, amazing

The Shrimp and Grits was disappointing. Small shrimp, half pinkie size buried in a sauce that covered the grits. Not as pictured in your ad. I did not take a picture or ask for a new replacement as we were with an out of town guest and did not want to impact his enjoyment of his experience at Firebirds. I will advise all of my friends not to order this dish.

I really liked the restaurant itself, however it is quite expensive and the food is slightly hit or miss. However, the portion sizes are huge, so come hungry!!

Dinner was great, the server was lovely, the only real issue was pre-entree salads. Caeser salads were significantly mis-portioned, my older sibling and I had to switch and even doing so I couldn't clear the plate. Also slightly too much chili, really left it as a backdraw rather than feature. Regardless one of the better places in town for a nice dinner to celebrate special or even not so special occasions.
