   Thought the Caesar salad was drowning in dressing and breadcrumbs. Small slab of salmon on the side. There are no vegan options (aside from romaine salad w/o egg). Restaurant wasn’t full but took a little longer than I would expect for three salads to be delivered to table. Server did say that there was a new chef so….

   The drink menu was so fun and different. I liked the menu set up as well. It’s a gorgeous room with a great view. The outdoor section would be so fun in the summer!

   Everything was so well prepared. Especially loved the salmon and the butternut squash soup. Service was perfectly paced and the environment was great for leisurely conversation.

   Not sure HOW this place is ranked so high, I think Denver has extremely low standards when the restaurant and hotel could provide the bare minimum of an experience.  I came here last night, first off, the Open Table Site says there’s FREE valet parking. NOPE! It’s $7, the valet person didn’t open my door, left my door UNLOCKED the entire time I was sitting in the restaurant and didn’t bring my car out. What is the purpose of a valet person when they don’t even do the bare minimum? Next, the service was subpar at best. Rebecca, my server, half way through our visit felt it necessary to not serve our table anymore and chat it up with the bar tender. Because other servers had to pick up the slack, bring us our next dish, and process the payment.  Lastly, the food - are you joking? My friend’s wings were the absolute WORST WINGS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She complained and Rebecca didn’t offer to bring he a different dish, she offered hot sauce so she can create her own sauce to make the wings taste better. My Burger was nothing special, the ice cream cookie was hard as a rock.  The experience was a complete joke. I know restaurants don’t bring their A game when it comes to 5280 week (they deliver subpar food for a cheap rate), but this wasn’t worth the drive over to the Art Museum to receive poor service AND poor food. What an absolute waste.

   I enjoyed my evening at Fire! The ambiance was unique with it being on the 4th floor of the Art Hotel. The food and drinks were delicious. The calamari appetizer was my favorite. The polenta cake on the chicken entree was the best I’ve had. I will definitely be back to visit the patio in better weather.

   Fire was a beautiful restaurant with a very friendly staff. Three of us went for Denver Restaurant Week. This allowed us to try a majority of the menu. The meatballs were very good as an appetizer. The calamari was decent. The fish and chips were very salty. The steak lacked flavor. The strawberry shortcake was very good. And the chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich was a novel idea. It was a decent experience but definitely could have used a better chef.

    The space is absolutely stunning, the food was great and the server was very friendly. The service in general was pretty slow however, and it took a long time for us to get our food. We went for a friends birthday, and I loved the sweet card that was on our table, signed by the staff members for her birthday. What a great touch! She said that made her feel very special. The worst part of the entire evening was the situation at the adjoining parking structure. It was very difficult to navigate, and we spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to pay for our parking space. There was an attendant, but she didn’t help us. I had to download an app to my phone and then go to a different floor of the parking garage to find out where to pay. It was a slow and painful process that seemed overly burdensome. Someone needs to come up with a better idea on that!

    We arrived early for our Denver Restaurant Week dinner so we could enjoy a happy hour drink and small bite. Our smoking Manhattans were mellow and the truffle parmesan fries were out of this world. The fries were so good I chose the fish and chips option at dinner so I could have more fries! My spinach salad was good, but just a tad overdressed. Our waiter suggested the flat iron steak was best prepared medium rare, and he was right. The calamari appetizer was excellent. A chocolate chip ice cream sandwich was a super finish to a great meal. Good food is enhanced by good service so hats off to Boaz for making our evening out such a delight. We will be back to enjoy the views, the food, and the accommodating service.

    Pasta arrived cool. Our waiter quickly got it redone and second time was hot. Hamburgers were ordered Med-rare and came medium, so cooked all the way through. Waiter also offered to have it redone. Very few tables had customers so not clear why the kitchen had problems on a Saturday night. Nice setting, friendly and responsive waiter that we liked with good service, but not likely to recommend because of issues with all entrees.

    We went for brunch. There was a loud child running around most of our meal. I got the omelet which had great flavor and fresh ingredients. It was quite a pretty greasy, a pool that it sat in. Our sever was excellent!

    Had a reservation for Valentines dinner with a set 3 course menu. Had to wait 20 mins past our time because no tables were available, so we got a drink at the bar. Bartenders were short and not very polite. Got seated, our waitress Rebekah was great, food was not. Will not be coming back to Fire

    Nicely appointed dining room overlooking downtown Denver, with an adjacent rooftop patio. We were there for Valentine's Day prix fixe dinner, 3 courses. We both loved our starters (salad and a carrot bisque.) Entrees were great also (scallops were especially yummy, the duck leg confit was tasty.) The bananas foster creme brulee was a hit and a miss. Tasty toppings but the creme brulee was that in name only. Acoustic guitarist played the whole time and it made for very nice ambience.

    Very limited menu and limited drinks (one chardonnay). Got distinct impression just trying to offer very limited service to hotel clientele if they needed it, and don't care about trying to attract a lunch crowd. Waiter was attentitive and helpful, but really only two entrees, others were small dishes and not very well prepared (romain salad was a 1/2 section of romaine in a bowel with some bacon bits and dressing thrown on top.

    We came after a visit to the Art Museum, as we're tired of the restaurant there. We came early, found it very uncrowded. There was no item on the menu that did not contain cheese, but I had Lactaid with me. Food was excellent. Atmosphere sublime.

    Underwhelming. Service was only “fair” so I don’t remember thinking about the food. I wanted to take my friend out for her birthday to a nice brunch and this whole experience was really disappointing overall.

    The ART Hotel is unusual and very interesting. The views out the the windows are always fun to see. We love to stay here for a "stacation" on a special evening. The food at the FIRE is absolutely excellent and inovative! We love it!

    We've never had a full dinner here, so NYE was a great opportunity to get the full spectrum of their food on a stressful occasion. The place delivered a fabulous meal, in a lovely, friendly atmosphere, with absolutely no issues, except for a lousy wine, for which we got overly compensated. Everyone was helpful, professional and welcoming. I love this place!

    When we arrived, was told all tables were booked and so we had to sit at the lounge area and order food ourselves to bring to our table. We finished eating and the whole time tables were free in the main restaurant. Had a reservation booked weeks in advance for Christmas dinner and got seated at a conference type separate room that felt like an overflow room. Not sure why both times we were treated this way. We are an Asian family.

    Honestly not worth the money. Charcuterie board reminded me of something I’d get while on a plane. The food wasn’t anything to write home about. We were really excited to try it out, but even with how wonderful the hotel seems we likely won’t be returning.

    A ripoff for Christmas dinner. Way overpriced. $7.00 for Apple juice? One menu at $85 pp. We were a party of six but only served enough of the side dishes for four. Meat was too rare and we were not given a choice for how we wanted our meat cooked. When we asked for more rolls and vegetables, our server had to check w chef, as they were “running low”? on some items. We managed to get a little more broccolini, but overall, it was a big disappointment and we will not be going back.

    Christmas night dinner special menu featuring prime rib: meat was disappointing, seemed like fatty scraps compared to my expectations. Slight redemption: Sides served family style were good.     My boyfriend and I visited for the first time yesterday. While the restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful, everything else was a bitter disappointment. My main complaint would be the service. I didn't catch our servers name, because she barely said 2 words to us the entire time. We were not given steak knives, left without water pretty much the entire time, the food was lazily thrown on the table without a word, she touched the top of my water glass, we sat next to a dirty table for at least 30 minutes. I literally could go on and on. And our reservation was at 5pm, when there were just a few other tables. The food was lack luster, under cooked prime rib, cold brocollini, and incredibly small portions for the $85 per person proce point. We ended up having a second dinner an hour later. The bill was over $300, and we left sad, annoyed, and hungry. I've never written a review in my life, but it was so bad I had to.

    The Christmas afternoon and evening menu was fantastic. Everything was delicious and our service was phenominal. It was a little strange to not had a salad with the meal, but that is literally the only complaint we could think of. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back!
