    Creative cocktails with a great bartender, best smile and personable making my table feel like pals. Amazing food! I can’t wait to back around Christmas when the ambiance is 10/10 like Ravensdale meets The Santa Claus.

    We were celebrating and chose Estelle to enjoy our evening and it was excellent! Nadine, our server, was attentive and personalized our experience perfectly! Everyone was amazing and the food was delicious. Hospitality and food were top notch.

    Seemed promising. Interior is beautiful and cozy. Carnal, sister restaurant is good. Unfortunately we had to eat outside on the “patio”(which is the street). The menu was very limited. And service was very slow. Probably won’t go back.

    Very good dinner and service. Bellingham needs more restaurants like this. The brioche was fabulous. The duck fat fries and duck confit delicious. But to offer constructive criticism — the snap pea salad was beautifully presented, creative, and tasty, but far too overdressed. We had trouble eating it as we got towards the bottom of the bowl where it was just too soggy. The duck confit was very generous with two legs. But I think I would have preferred just one leg and some kind of side starch like potatoes or rice or something similar. And again the arugula salad that accompanied the duck was way too overdressed. The duck is so flavourful that you’d want to balance it with fresh arugula salad with just a hint of dressing. The texture of the Dover sole was a bit too mushy for our liking, but very creative and beautifully served. I’m including these comments in the review so future diners could consider ordering the brioche or and/or fries to go with the duck and perhaps request that their salads be underdressed. If we had known this it would’ve been a perfect meal.

    The food presentation was delightful and the flavors and textures were a joy for my palate. I’ve been wanting to come for a while now and the visit did not disappoint. I look forward to returning soon.

    This was a little disappointing, to be honest. I had a friend come up from out of town and thought the space looked beautiful and the menu looked unique and interesting. To be fair, the space was gorgeous, there has been a lot of thought put into how things looked and felt (the bathrooms had paper towels that were so thick and luxurious that I almost didn't want to throw them away). But the food... we ordered a drink that was too spicy to drink (desert rose), I can handle spice but this was just painful and off-putting. The brioche was okay, nothing spectacular. The chicken liver mousse was weird, I kind of liked it, but we couldn't finish the amount they gave us., We ended up getting burgers (hard to mess up right?) and they've got just a ridiculous amount of onions on them. ' I really wanted to love this spot. The atmosphere is so fun, and the service was amazing. But the food was not that great. We may have immature palettes, but there were some weird choices that didn't pay off that well in my opinion.

    We celebrated our anniversary at Estelle and it was wonderful. Every dish was both visually appealing and absolutely delicious. We had a few cocktails, Imperial City and Barefoot Bandit both had a great combination of interesting, unique flavors. The snap pea salad was great, crispy and fresh with the candied walnut adding great flavor. Both the chicken liver mouse and the steak tartar were rich and exquisite served with delicious sourdough bread. The duck confit with watercress salad was spectacular. The hanger steak frites was good. We would definitely highly recommend this restaurant.
