Surprising my wife with dinner at Ensemble was incredible and well worth the adventure of attending dinner at an undisclosed location. We thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other guests as well as the wine pairings. I’ve never had such a true pairing before, typically restaurants just pair what’s expected but you can tell they work closely with someone to provide true, intentional pairings for each course with hard to find wines. We will be returning.

We have been to Ensemble a few times before, and were so happy to bring friends along this time! They had heard us talk about how amazing the entire experience is and had been waiting to see for themselves! Ensemble was exceptional on every level! The food, the ambiance, the service were all top notch! Our friends were so pleased that they will be coming back soon with some of their family to celebrate a special occasion! Ensemble is a gem among Houston’s vast array of dining places. Chef Jan-Mitchell and team clearly know what it takes to keep people like us coming back for more! Cheers!

Wow, what an experience! From start to finish the evening was crafted for the table to enjoy the most robust Latin flavors. We couldn’t have asked for a better time! Hats off to the exec chef Jan and the guest chef Alejandra Salas.

My date was skeptical to attend a culinary speakeasy - but we are so glad we went! From the moment you step inside, you feel transported out of houston. It’s a hidden gem for sure, and we can’t wait to bring our friends back! A few guests seated next to us had been to the dinner club before, so we got to hear about their first experience. Aside from meeting the coolest people, we loved interacting with the staff. There’s actually nothing like this place in Houston! 10/10 from start to finish!

We were blown away from start to finish. The paella negra was to die for! Every course was intentional. Meeting the chef was so nice, you can taste the intention and passion that he has through every dish he crafts.

Amazing! One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food and service was exceptional. Yes, it's an adventure! You don't where you are going until a couple of days before and don't know the menu until you get there, but trust them! But if you are open to new experiences and willing to spend a few $$$$, this is a must do!

Double date night but with an adventurous flair. Surprised my wife by taking her out & meeting up with friends for a dinner experience. We enjoyed the whole night from the music to the wine journeys, will absolutely be back.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was so beautiful and refreshing. Truly connecting with strangers during this time, over incredible food was so lovely. It's a terrific idea, and executed to perfection. There was live music, the staff was so kind and friendly, and we all really felt so special and taken care of. My guest is vegan, and they completely curated the tasting menu to really cater to his restrictions, not skimping on any part of the experience for him.

Ensemble has curated something truly special in a dining experience. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming & exciting. The food is exquisite-transporting you outside of Houston and into dishes from all around the world. The intimacy of dining with a few strangers who quickly become friends by the end of the dinner is also something to note & cherish. Overall, an experience second to none.
