Thank you for hosting my sister and I at your beautiful restaurant and providing a great experience. Our service was excellent right down to being greeting by the hostesses and we were so surprised at the breathtaking view we enjoyed from our table. The Restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the vibe and ambiance. David our waiter was excellent we appreciated his suggestions and how easy he made it to accommodate our dietary restrictions as we are both gluten and dairy intolerant . We both enjoyed the delicious Lamb entrée. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely Birthday plate with the delicious macaroons and birthday candle. It was so thoughtful and a nice touch for my sisters Birthday.

We had 2 people in our party with food allergies, one with a severe allergy to sesame. Unfortunately the message of the allergy wasn't given to the kitchen. The broccoli and squash dish had sesame seeds in it. The person had eaten a small piece when the mistake was discovered. The kitchen prepared a new vegetable dish and the waiter and manager were attentive as to the patron's reaction. She took an antihistamine right away and was fortunate as no symptoms showed up. She dodged a bullet! Allergies need to be taken seriously.

While the ambiance at the Elora Mill is undeniably exquisite, the exorbitant prices fall short of justifying the peculiar culinary offerings we had with the chefs 4 course dinner. The menu, though adventurous, lacks the expected finesse for the cost. While it's a somewhat lavish experience, the peculiar flavor combinations might not suit everyone's palate, I would say almost everyone. They did get 1 or 2 of the dishes right but the others were a miss.

Beautiful venue and great service. Though the food was good and of excellent quality the Chef's Tasting Menus was expensive for the portions and uninspiring. I would suggest the individual ala carte menu. The Town of Elora along with Elora Mill is a gem and I would highly recommend a visit.

We had a very nice one night get away at the Elora Mill including a late lunch. It is a beautiful setting and the restaurant design takes full advantage. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was very good. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful lunch yesterday. A table near the window, very pleasant young lady to help us and great food. We went for a nice walk afterwards. Perfect afternoon. My only advice would be to work on your espresso. It was very bitter, hardly drinkable. I’ll be back!

Had chef’s 4 course tasting menu with my husband. It was truly a treat to enjoy the great dishes sitting by the window looming onto the the Elora gorge. I am not the adventurous type when it comes to dining but I am so glad I went with the surprise me menu. Not only the food was supreme, the service was excellent. My husband and I started planning to come back again while we were still at the restaurant. Highly recommended.

I just love this place ... I have been going to the Elora Mill for close to 50 years and have seen all of the different transitions and owners. The scenery is still and will always be the prime marquee for this location. However, if you have not been here for awhile, you need to come back the renovations are outstanding and they have really amped up the customer service, everyone was just so helpful and friendly. I still find it on the pricey side, but it is well worth the indulgence. I do miss the casual attitude that used to exist for us locals in the Penstock Lounge.

The Elora Mill never fails to impress. The view and ambiance are lovely. You can actually have a conversation with friends as there is no awful music soundtrack. They don’t rush you. The menu while small has something for everyone and it is always good. We had a lovely afternoon after enjoying an autumn hike.

Celebration dinner at Elora Mill met all of my guests expectations this week. The entire staff are very gracious with smiles all around beginning to end. Our server Taylor was very well versed with the menu offering suggestions Make sure you try the 'Young Buck' cocktail. Esther sommelier educated us on the chosen wine to complement our oysters and ribeye steak. Will definitely return Well done Elora Mill!!
