It took about 45 minutes to get our food. The food was cold and they messed up our orders. It’s wasn’t particularly busy either and they seemed to be well staffed.

I love this place! I’ve been here a number of times now and it’s become one of my favorites. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service are great. Their crispy Brussels sprouts are insane! Try them!

This latest visit was marred by poor kitchen performance. Our chicken wings took at least 45 minutes to get to our table, along with our Bao bun appetizers. Our main dish came out shortly after the wings and all items were served Luke warm at best. We have eaten here before and the food was top notch. I am hoping this was a single instance, given that a new chef had just been hired. Our reservation was at 7pm and by then everything except pork, wings, and apparently a trace amount of chicken were left for BBQ. Our waitress, Adreena, was phenomenal and navigated the poor food performance very well. I hope that Elevated Q gets it back together because we truly did love this place on our previous visits.

Went there for date night with my husband since we found the concept interesting. The service was a little slow to start and it seemed like servers were confused. A couple of people came to check in on our table which was nice but the service still felt disorganized. We ordered wings as an appetizer and thought they were great. The food was okay but we were a little disappointed by the sauces. Glad we gave it a try but the concept wasn’t for us.

We’ve been here before and the food and service was great. Our recent visit failed miserably. Took 1 hour to get food (table of 4) which arrived cold snd flavorless. The fries weren’t cooked long enough, the Mac and cheese looked watered down and our pulled pork sandwich was cold and lacked flavor. The best meal was my sons grilled cheese sandwich which is sad. I was very very disappointed and likely will never return. It’s sad as our first experience when they opened was great.

It was not a very good first experience. We waited a full hour to get our food and it came out cold. The staff was apologetic but that doesn’t help when you wait that long. I would not recommend this restaurant at any peak time.

After we were all seated and looking at the menu, our server informed us that they were out of pretty much every kind of meat. Since it’s a BBQ place, that’s pretty much what we came for. We ended up leaving for a neighboring restaurant. It’s understandable that places might run out of food from time to time, but it would have been nice to know that before our reservation time, or at the very least when we checked in to be seated. While this was disappointing, we will be back, since their food is delicious.

The beans were cold. Not even lukewarm, but actually cold. The server came back and said he had new ones that were 100 degrees— they tested them with the thermometer. While the rest of the meal was delicious, it’s worrisome that they don’t know 100 degrees is not warm for food.

We had a great experience at Elevated Q in Westminster Colorado. One of the meals we ordered was overdone. The manager came by to check on our table when he asked how everything was we explained to him the issue. He apologized and promptly removed the plate and brought out a dinner he told us it was the best in the house. The replacement meal was delicious. They also removed the overdone dinner from the bill. Our waitress took very good care of us as well. Outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back to this restaurant.

Rum drink was $14 and didn't taste good; was also way small. Sauces ok. Turkey on Fourteener was too dry; other meats were pretty good. Overall, didn't have their act together.

We have been here twice now. Food is excellent with a good variety of options for BBQ. They advertise "Best Wings in Town" and definitely make a good case for that. Portions are good size for the price. Service is always excellent and the manager has come by both times to check on our experience.

My fiancé and I went during happy hour and although some menu items are expensive (worth it regardless) during happy hour we had 2 drinks, an app and 2 entrees for less than $50! We received all of our food within 25mins of being there and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely going back!

Had a scotch but they didn’t have any stones, but overall great service. Food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. The sauces offered were also great. Great area on any night of the week, but we went on a Saturday evening before the lunch rush and it was less than an hour from start to finish and then a concert in the area afterwards.

The meal started out with promise. Had some fried pickles. They were very good. Unfortunately, they were the highlight of the meal. The Mac n cheese was not flavorful and licking in cheese, the grits were gummy, and the brisket was extremely fatty. The Nashville hot chicken breast was dry and over cooked. The cobbler was spiced apples, but no crust of any sort and the ice dream tasted like they found it in the back of the freezer.

Service has declined since opening. Food comes to the table sporadically leaving some meals cold while they wait. The sauce never comes out with the meal and again you’re left waiting. The restaurant seems to always be running out of something. This time is was Brussels sprouts. Just a bad overall experience for a newer restaurant. Very unfortunate since I spent over $200 for the meal with no real engagement from the restaurant management. It will be a while before I’m back, if I come back at all.
