We offer a chef table experience with a constantly changing set menu based on seasonality and proximity of ingredients with an option for wine pairings. The dishes have a personal and modern approach to traditional recipes from Spain and France.

We celebrated our anniversary at El Tenedor with Chef Cesar and his chef table experience. The whole evening was special, from the warm greeting to the intimate setting with just us, Chef and server, candle lit and soft music. We had the Chef experience with wine tasting. All the dishes were really wonderful and fresh with fantastic flavours. The wines were beautifully paired to enhance the food experience. It was a beautiful and special evening. We look forward to returning. Thank you Chef Cesar!!

Just one table and one seating so we had the restaurant to ourselves. 5 course meal, lamb or lobster for the main. Wine was very reasonably priced. Will definitely return with a bigger group next time.

Everything was wonderful! The service was stellar. The food was culinary innovation at it's very best. My wife and I enjoyed the following dishes best. Pear, olive tapenade, brown butter-radish Coquilles St-Jacques Florentine Cod Bouillabaisse – piquillo rouille (Bouillabaisse de morue) We truly look forward to going back to this place

Every single aspect of this experience surpassed our expectations. From the food to the service was just impeccable. Our server was attentive to everything that was happening at our table, the food was just amazing and Ceasar was an incredible host. It has been a long time since I have experienced anything this spectacular. Definitely a place to celebrate a special event.

The service was the best service I have ever received in my life. The chef came over to us specifically to talk to us and the appetizer of artichokes and honey was delectable. When we weren’t sure about the vermouth the chef let us try and the sangria was amazing

We really enjoyed our (day after) Valentine's Day dinner at El Tenedor and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic and delicious place to have dinner. The restaurant itself is small, only 7 tables if I remember correctly, so reservations are recommended. They offer a tasting menu and include a wine pairing option although they can do some substitutions; I would always recommend trusting the chef with their choices...it's why they are the professionals right?We did the wine pairing and really enjoyed all of the options we were presented. Service was top notch and did include the chef coming down and checking on us and the other diners. As mentioned - we highly recommend and will definitely be back

Went for my wife’s birthday. Everything was fantastic. From the personalized service to the great tasting food it was all perfect. Chef topped the evening off with a special desert for my wife! Definitely recommend.

One of the most unique and enjoyable dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. The food was so different, so flavorsome, and so beautifully prepared and presented. The staff were fantastic. Do not be put off by the restaurant only having 4 tables.......we felt it was like having your food prepared by your own private chef. We should highly recommend.it has to be experienced!

This is a small restaurant with a big impact - only three tables of four - and two staff ( the chef and the server) - they overwhelmingly provide delicious creative food coupled with a good wine selection and excellent friendly service . Cannot wait to go back and show other friends this little gem on Yonge Street.

We selected El Tenedor’s tasting and wine pairing menu. From start to finish the meal was excellent, creative and unexpected. The food was delicious and flavourful. It is a small restaurant and is ideal for a special occasion or if you enjoy attentive personal service. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It brought us back to meals we enjoyed in Spain. The staff is so friendly! The chef /owner takes the time to greet everyone and answer any questions about the food and wine, and the servers are on the ball, making suggestions and willing to go the extra mile to meet your requests. The food matches the impeccable service, extremely tasty and the menu is well thought out.

The menu is a bit misleading. This is not a tapas restaurant, they say that themselves, and indeed the "small plates" are too expensive for that. But the small plates are very small, and should then be called appetizers. We did not order any big plates, with hindsight we should have ordered big plates.
