About this restaurant

El Asador Perth is as traditional as it gets. As the name suggests, the specialty here is Argentinian asador, or barbecue, which consists of grilling succulent meats on giant parrillas over lump charcoal to create a delicious and authentic smokey flavour. It’s a seriously delicious time. Inspired by the traditional cooking techniques of owner Max’s childhood, you can expect to find a whole host of options on the El Asador menu, all loaded up with flavour. Set within a stylish space on Bulwer Street in the heart of the Perth CBD – you’ll also find parking via Fitzgerald Street – this is one spot we just can’t get enough of. A local favourite for very good reason, reservations at El Asador are highly recommended.
