   Had an amazing experience, the staff were excellent specially July who took care our table was fantastic, very helpful, organized, giving a great recommendation and very professional. The food was superb and the ambiance is awesome. Definitely will come back again and thanks again to July for made our dinner memorable 👍

   The whole experience was good. Unfortunately I was expecting more in terms of personalized service as I had booked a table for my anniversary. Food was good, service was great but the whole dining experience lacked finesse. I would recommend installing of coolers as the climate has become hot and humid which I think ruined my experience. Overall it was good but not "Wow". Special thanks to the entire F&B team at Eauzone and Stanley the Manager. The team members are very helpful and thoroughly professionals.

   The setting was OK if you don't mind being close to a main pool that looked grubby. The water around the restaurant was attractive though. The food was average at best, although the ingredients were good, so it was the recipes and cooking that was not up to the standard expected for the price. My home tempura is vastly superior to that served. Service was very friendly but a bit amateurish and hurried.

   The service was inconsistent and despite informing the staff that one person was lactose intolerant, and reconfirming the complimentary dip with the prawn crackers was dairy free with tbe server, a different different server told us 10 minutes later that the dip contained dairy (strike 1 you just gave my guest a bad tummy) Yhe wine served was. Diffferent vintage from the vintage in the menu (Done with no appology or acknowledgment (Strike 2). When the bill arrived they charged for 2 bottles of wine, one we had rejected on vintage, apologies, none (strike 3) The manager who had tried to rescue the above situations by serving the table quietly disappeared when the last error was pointed out. Compensation for multiple errors ZERO. EAU ZONE has all the potential for a great restaurant but in a city full of great options you don’t get a second chance

    Recommend the fresh coconut water served chilled from coconut with straw. Salmon ceviche was great along with garlic edamame for appetizers. Chicken Pad Thai excellent and service was great. Was there midday, outside, beautiful Dubai afternoon.

    Our honeymoon. We wanted a romantic setting with a certain ambience. We arrived early and were immediately seated. Our table was covered in rose petals with the best seating in the restaurant. The service was amazing. We requested margaritas which were not on the menu and they were amazing. They blew us away with their commitment to service. Food was solid as well. Mickey was our server and he was humble and attentive. It was exactly what we were looking for. 5 stars.

    Sadly this meal was disappointing for us. I felt this reastaurant was confused about its food selection. I love asian food and I love fusion. But this was neither. Its hard to put my finger on it. But compared to many other fab Asian style restaurtants this one didn't do it for me. Service was also slow and not to ususal Royal Mirage standards.

    It was a perfect night to have our honeymoon dinner there. The service was amazing from beginning to end. The food was amazing from the appetizers to the main course to dessert. The view was beautiful. I loved every minute of it.

    If you are going here for aesthetic then I would suggest you still go. Or maybe check out a different restaurant in the one&only hotel. However, if you want to go for good food, do not bother. Very disappointing food - nothing spectacular or gourmet. Service was great though!

    This was on our anniversary and the table was setup with candles and rose petals. Such a sweet welcoming, the ambience is really cozy and the table was perfectly positioned near the pool. My wife was so impressed it was perfect. The food was also excellent. Highly recommended on special occasions!

    The place is quite nice and relatively quite. The service is very good. All the food we have ordered was meeting expectations apart from some sort of baked sushi with guacamole, which we complained about and it was removed from the bill. The manager understands her job very well.

    They did there best to accommodate my request. The table presentation was good. F&B staff was extremely very nice and helpful. Ambiance excellent and romantic But food wasn’t that good especially the speciality. Not sure if I am coming again but will try may be in the future.

    Thank you for a marvelous dinner at Christmas. We had a perfect table at the pool with stunning views on the marina hotels. The food was presented very nicely and tasted awesome. Also the change of one course was no problem at all. The service is polite and lovely. We would definitely come back!
