   Eat brgz was a solid experience. This was my first time here. The food was made quickly and the servers were very friendly and helped to explain the nuances of the menu. The only downside here is that the drinks are REALLY weak and you’re better off spending your money on something like a milkshake. It is cool though that there is a bar inside. Also, there is no real street parking around so you’re better off catching the metro or taking Uber instead of driving. All in all though, a pretty good experience and I’d consider eating here again.

   They decided to take a last minute large party and canceled our reservations in our face as we walked in the door. So yeah, it was not a good experience. If this is their reservation policy, then I guess I recommend caution.

   Good concept of having burgers infused with ingredients. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went after the regular dinner time on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded, but imagine due to it's location that varies greatly if there is an event across the street. I would go back.

   Solid burgers with plenty of flavoring varieties. I was impressed that my chicken burger was juicy and not rubbery as chicken burgers so often are. The brussels sprouts were also very tasty. I'm definitely going to revisit and try some of their other offerings.

    The burger surprisingly tasted unique. Almost as if it was an Asian Fusion - which is a good thing. However, having two entrances right next to each other didn’t make any sense. It was confusing because the place looked like a modern fastfood spot with a host stand. But then there was no host to seat you, so you could end up wandering around trying to figure out if you’d have to order upfront and seat yourself or wait for someone to assist you and give you a menu. They also don’t give you cutlery and napkins unless you ask for it.

    We didn't know what to expect when we reserved at the restaurant, and although it had a little bit of a fast food vibe, we received a warm welcome. The service was friendly and impeccable, the burgers delicious. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good burger in DC.

    Stopped in for the first time and the place was almost empty since it was after 2pm on a weekday. Nice tables and cloth napkins at a burger place so that was a surprise. Hostess took my order and explained their special burgers but I just wanted a basic single with cheese. If you like special burgers it can run you $14-15 for the toppings/ infusions. As I recall they have milkshakes and other special drinks, fries with toppings, etc. so your bill could add up fast. Enjoyed my plain food and the fries were good also. I imagine it would be quite noisy at peak lunch hours but I had a great experience. Quite a step up from McDonalds which is now closed at the Cap One Center anyway. This is a better substitute.

    I had a great experience. I love several things - the ingredients and food are fresh, the place is very clean (super important to me), the staff is exceptional, and the restaurant is very family centric. I can’t eat beef so this is a great option for me. I can have a burger exactly the way i want it by eating chicken or the impossible burger. I had the caprese burger with fries. The fries were hot and crispy. My favorite flavoring is pesto and cheese is mozzarella so this hit it out of the park. Large portion of the fresh mozzarella cheese. I also loved the frozen margarita - had two. They had a full bar with a lot of local beer options. My guests had chicken nuggets with fries and the Basic BRGZ beef with Brussels sprouts. Yum. We were all very happy with our selections and the way it was prepared - no grease running out or making the bread soggy with the ingredients, except the lettuce and tomato, cooked in with the meat. The owner told me he gets everything fresh from local companies. We live here so that is a big plus. This would be a great choice for before or after an arena event. Has a great vibe and in a good location. One of my favorites. Will be back
