Belle sortie à ce Eastside Mario's. Avons apprécié pouvoir réserver, ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les Eastside Mario's. Bon et généreux repas. Excellent service de la part de Corinne L qui a fait des bonnes recommendations. Avons apprécié pouvoir utiliser les points Scène pour payer partiellement la facture même si une erreur de manipulation a engendré un montant inférieur à ce que nous voulions utiliser.

i found a 1’ long piece of clear plastic hidden within my lettuce in the salad. it made its way halfway down my throat before i noticed. when i tried telling the manager- i was told must’ve i did it - and not the kitchen. She spoke to me as if I was trying to get tthe whole bill comped. we waited 30 minutes for our bill when we asked for it with dessert- the dessert that’s so tiny it was finished in 5 minutes. portion sizes are ridiculously reduced. $26 for 300G of lasagna. I weighed it. And you don't get an opening bread anymore?? We were already speaking about not returning because of the shrinkflation but the managers blame for get kitchen mistake really pushed us.

The food was delicious and our server was attentive. However our main courses were brought out before we were half-way through our salads, and I did not appreciate this.

We were served by Maddison. She arrived promptly and was very friendly. Took our orders and brought everything we needed to our table. Drinks were served promptly and the food came out great and hot.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at East Side Mario’s. Decided to treat the kids to dinner and a movie, so we booked a table at ESM since it was close to the theatre. The food was great, but what really made the meal fantastic was the *amazing* service we got from Sam. She was on top of everything, was fantastic with the kids, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The kids got a pizza and chicken fingers and fries. Wife and I split a pizza. Food was out quick, and tasted great! The overall experience will keep us coming back!

Had a lovely evening celebrating my daughter's 8th birthday. Staff were friendly, sang happy birthday to my girl, and made sure she felt special. Thanks for everything!

We celebrated our sons birthday with his family, wife 4 yr old and 13 month old Server was very attentive to everyone especially kids, when we asked for something she was right back with it Good values Good food
