    I wanted to like this place...Food was okay but great not for the price. We were one of two parties outside and they bunched us close together--not sure why. The service was slow so guessing they were short-staffed. They also didn't seem to be able to have all of the food ready at once--at least someone came out (I think maybe the manager?) to alert us of the problem and ask if we wanted the other meals that were ready. I think they have a lot of room for improvement.

    Fun, vibrant restaurant. Love the open kitchen. Ample bar space, high tables as well as normal seating. A great place to meet your friends. Lots of great food choices. Conveniently located inside Dadeland Mall. Will definitely return very soon.

    I recently visited Earl's with high expectations based on previous positive experiences. Unfortunately, this visit left much to be desired. The overall experience was marred by a prolonged wait time and subpar food quality. Our party waited an astonishing 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive, which was both frustrating and surprising given the restaurant's past reputation for prompt service. The extended wait detracted significantly from our overall dining experience and left us feeling impatient and hungry. While I understand that restaurants can have off days, the combination of the lengthy wait and the noticeable decline in food quality was disheartening. I hope that Earl's can address these issues and return to the high standards that initially won my favor. Until then, I may hesitate before revisiting or recommending the restaurant to others.

    The Sunday Brunch is excellent! Our server was very attentive and professional. I did order and sent back the Dirty Martini. It was sweet so I don’t know what was poured. I substituted for a Bloody Mary and was very happy with that!

    My food was sent back twice. The server was missing and others had to help. The restaurant wasn’t packed, I don’t understand why the service and food was horrible. I’ve been here dozens of times, this was by the worse experience I’ve had.

    Service was extremely slow, it took an hour from ordering to food delivery and food was cold. Not all the food came out at once and no one was checking on our table until we would flag them down.

    Earls has been one of my favorite places since 2014; sad to say the quality and vibe has vastly diminished in the last 4-5 years. Only reason we continue to go there is for the location. It’s close enough to where we all live, so it’s easy for us to meet. 

The server last night was a bit all over the place (maybe understaffed?). Food took a very long time. With that said, we had to turn a steak back; no matter what temperature you order a steak at Earls, it always comes the same ‘med-well’ - for the record, we ordered the steak rare. 

Earls is also much more expensive now (not all Earls fault - inflation). Food - good but not great Service - depends on the server Ambience - best thing about Earls
Value - 5 out of 10

    I forgot my servers name it started with a J I believe. She was the sweetest! Always checking up on us to make sure we were good and enjoying our food… she even sung Happy Birthday to me :) I’d definitely come back again for her she provided me and my friend a great experience.

    The service, from the hostess to the server, was impeccable. Food was well prepared, with great flavors and presentation. The potato pave was delicious. Crab benedict was very good.

    Frozen drinks machine broke, no calamari, no crap cake you really need an update on the menu if you have offers listed it’s ok to run out of a few items but majority of what we ask for they didn’t have it

    Service was no good, no one mentioned about Brunch menu off course they only put on the table the regular menus in my opinion overpriced for a lunch of 3 people’s $220 Never again !

    I absolutely loved this place, The food was very good, they offer a great variety of food. Ambiance was very chick yet informal. Great for get together with friends or coworkers. Congratulations for Kelly (sorry don't remember her name very well). She was an exceptional server. The manager approached to us and check if everything was good: It was great!

    The chicken & waffles were so good! However I wasn’t very pleased because the main things I went there for (had been craving for a WHILE)- Strawberry kiwi daiquiri, yuzu colada & creme brûlée, were somehow all not available on a Sunday afternoon..

    My daughter was turning five and she wanted to go there with the family. Our waitress was very nice but she would disappear and everything took a very long time. She never checked on us unless we tracked her down. When we finally got the food, everything was very cold. The taste wasn’t bad for the most part, but my daughter’s chicken quesadilla (from kid’s menu) was very spicy.
