   They make you schedule a reservation online with a credit card guarantee. when you get there 15 minutes early your table is still not ready for you until 45 minutes after. The food was great however the Ambiance is really nice and Luke our waiter was excellent.

   Solid vibes. The food was freakin amazing to be honest. Short rib bourguignon & seared scallops were a solid 9.6 out of 10. The service was excellent (Britney - great job) and the food came out quick! I will definitely eat here again.

   Showed up on time for our 7:15 pm reservation, was told to wait at the bar while they figured out where to seat us. We were given a complimentary glass of champagne while we waited, which was very nice. However, it became clear that our reservation was forgotten about after waiting for 30 mins and he didn’t know how many people were in our party and said he was going to clear a table for us. We finally sat down and when our waiter came over, he explained that many of the items on the menu were sold out and kept emphasizing how disorganized they were. Conversation and interaction with the server was quite uncomfortable the whole night as he kept emphasizing their disorganization and telling us what to order. Overall the food is good, but if you’re a small party I would suggest trying your luck at the bar versus a reservation.

   The wait for Valentine’s Day was pretty crazy but I suppose that’s to be expected. We waited around 45mins after the time of our reservation to be seated - and ended up at the bar; but our first round of drinks was covered for the inconvenience. Food was great, drinks also amazing.

   They were far over booked. They put us in a basement room that smelled and was very stuffy. Limited menu included very limited drinks. I am shocked that this restaurant makes it on the best restaurant list.

   We went for Valentine’s Day. We picked DDG over other restaurants specifically because we’ve been wanting to try it and it did not mention a pre fix menu on open table like so many other places did. We did not want a pre fix menu but that’s what we got. We were extremely disappointed since we felt like they did this intentionally. We also felt extremely rushed and the food wasn’t great and it was way overpriced. A $21 old fashioned is outrageous - this is Baltimore. Not even bluebird cocktail room charges $21 old fashioneds and they are out of this world good.

   We went on Valentine’s Day and we treated like rock stars. Service and Food were top notch. The wine was very good and large pours. My only problem was they limited the drink menu. Everything else was great. Plan to go more again 😊

    Arrived five minutes early for our reservation - the host tried to seat us at a shared “chef’s table”. Be wary of actually getting a table, even if you have a credit card secured reservation. Staff was really hustling, no question about their effort. Charcuterie was delicious, but very expensive for the serving size. French Onion soup was excellent - get it with the duck confit. We were split on our entrees - the duck confit cassoulet was phenomenal, but my wife’s steak frites was so-so. Generally good, but not good enough for the super premium price.

    Early Valentines Day Brunch with my spouse. Excellent service, high quality food and AWESOME ambience. We enjoyed escargot to start and I had the duck confit with waffles…life changing!!! My wife had the salmon tower which she greatly enjoyed…two bottles of champagne to wash it all down. Duck Duck Goose is a must go to spot.

    Memorable and romantic date night. Severs were attentive, charming, and helpful. They were out of a few drinks the night we went, but helped us find something we loved. Guacamole with caviar and spiced tortilla chips was divine. Great French wine list. Lamb Wellington and Steak Frites were very good. Ran a little on the rarer side, which we enjoyed, but be sure to specify your doneness if you prefer more well done. We had the Mille Feuille for dessert, which was amazing, light, delicious and a refreshing change from the standard ice cream and bread pudding offered at most restaurants. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back.

    Really good food. Don’t miss out on the duck cassoulet and the croque Madame. The wine is ALL good and the staff was so nice. They let us try a million ones so we could decide. They’re short staffed and worked really hard to provide exceptional service. Thank you!

    Had a birthday lunch for my mother and the staff was exceptionally attentive and were kind enough to bring out a glass of champagne and sparkler at the end of our delicious meal. We were so surprised! Have also had plenty of casual happy hours and dinners at the bar and have always been delighted. Love this place!

    Cute place with excellent service. It was loud, however, a bit difficult to carry a conversation. I had the short rib and it was unfortunately not tender. I was only given a butter knife and it was nearly inedible with that tool.

    This is a very expensive restaurant. My dining partner had to send her bloody Mary back because it was just vodka and tomato juice, then had to send back her sparkling wine because it was flat. The French onion soup was fantastic. The shrimp was cold it served on grits so cold shrimp on cold grits yuck! Service was great wonderful servers and the very con server took the two beverages off of our check in order to make up for the blackness of them but overall I do not find this place a good value it’s so over priced

    Outstanding service. Cheese and pate appetizers were awesome. We had a cocktail and glasses of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our entrees: duck breast, lamb wellington and the short ribs. The chocolate/coconut dessert was amazing. Very very enjoyable experience. Will return in the future.

    Can’t even review the food because we were ignored for 30 minutes. Tried to get the waitress’ attention several times to get water and order. However, she ignored us the entire time. The only two other tables were able to receive their drinks. We just left and was also ignored by the hostess as we left. I guess our group of 4 is just invisible.

    We went to Duck Duck Goose for our 1 year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is small but charming and quiet. The escargot, beef tartare, and steak frites were all amazing! I am salivating just thinking about it. The cocktails were also really delicious! Our waiter was very nice and knowledgable. Also, shout out to the manager who kindly took several photos of us outside on the patio and offered us complimentary champagne when she found out it was our anniversary! Overall, really great experience- we will be back!

    The best brunch of the year! I had visited DDG when it first opened and had a so-so experience. I was blown away at how good everything was this time—food and service in particular. Really 10/10. If you haven’t tried it in a while, I’d recommend another visit.

    Overall was good/fine. Some food was tasty (onion soup, duck confit) but others was acceptable/meh. One croque madame was clearly sitting under heat lamps too long (béchamel was not saucy and the egg was over hard) while other was near perfect. Would go back another time to try it but not sure it was worth the price overall.
