Neighborhood gem
Good for groups
Great for happy hour

Since opening our doors at the Chinook Centre in 2014, we have become a mainstay in South Calgary where guests are offered our warm brand of authentic Italian hospitality, where simplicity and freshness are the standard.
Our dining room and bistro is ideal for business lunches, family dinner, corporate gatherings, and really any occasion that calls for celebration. We serve Italian with a modern twist in a vibrant space, and our guests have come to know us as the local eatery with a beautiful setting – never fussy but always delicious.

Came for a family birthday celebration. Service and food were great. We like the new staff shirts too. One of our favourite places to come to. Very consistent so we can count on enjoying the experience.

The pasta dishes are overly salty and have very little other flavour. The calamari was great. The cauliflower starter was unpleasant. Indistinguishable flavor and odd texture. Service was great.
Double Zero PizzaResponded on October 3, 2026
Hi Bonnie, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the calamari and received great service, but we’re sorry the pasta and cauliflower didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll share your comments with our kitchen team as we’re always looking for ways to improve. We appreciate you giving us a try and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience next time. Sincerely, Kate O'Neill, Front of House Manager

Service was rather slow, perhaps just understaffed. An example: I was seated and nobody brought me a menu or acknowledged I was there for almost 20 minutes. I found that odd. Portions seemed small for the price we paid - and we’re visiting from out of town so perhaps that’s the case everywhere.
Double Zero PizzaResponded on August 30, 2026
Hi Karen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the extended wait and, in particular, for not acknowledging you or providing a menu promptly after you were seated. We understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been, and it’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We also appreciate your comments regarding portion sizes and value. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll be sharing it with our team as we work to improve both our service and overall guest experience. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with the attentive and welcoming experience you deserve. Sincerely, Kate O'Neill, Front of House Manager

Salads were terrible. Not tossed so there were clumps of dressing on bottom of the bowl, scant ingredients - might have been one pecan in the entire bowl. Pizza was not what we’d ordered; nicoise olives on menu but none on the pizza. Crust was good though.
Double Zero PizzaResponded on August 22, 2026
Hi Tim, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the salads and pizza did not meet expectations. The issues you described with the dressing, portion of ingredients, and missing olives are certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We’re glad you enjoyed the crust, but we understand how disappointing the rest of the meal was. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be sharing your comments with our kitchen team. Sincerely, Kate O'Neill, Front of House Manger
