Don Jorge's Restaurant is a Latin American eatery that blends its South American specialties with classic Tex-Mex dishes. The inside of the restaurant is also a collection of decorations from South America the atmosphere is fun, festive and laid back. If diners can't stay for a sit-down meal, Don Jorge's can also package meals to-go so people can take them home. Don Jorge's starters include buffalo chicken wings, chicken quesadillas, queso fundido and a seafood ceviche with fresh flounder, cilantro, red onions, celery, ginger and jalapeño peppers. For main courses, diners are encouraged to pick one of the basic recipes and then pair them with whatever protein they would like. Some of the plates include enchiladas, chimichangas, burritos, chiles rellenos and tacos al carbon and then top them with either beef, chicken, lengua, fresh marinated pork ribs, shrimp or a vegetable medley.

Everything was good except food. My girlfriend thought that enchiladas had too much cheese and seafood platter had too much lemon. Otherwise everything was nice.

It was Friday night and they had a musician there which added a little to the noise level. The restaurant is not that large so his music was a little too loud. But not too much. But the food was beyond our expectations and priced well. We will go back! Bring your friends. The desserts were wonderful also
