Dodo Bird is proud to present Wing Wednesday and Tini + Oyster Thursdays. We currently are not accepting reservations on these days due to their popularity. If you aren't able to get there early, please call us at 480-616-0707 to be added to a waitlist, or you can also visit our website to join our online waitlist. We will only hold tables for 10 minutes once your table is ready.

We really enjoyed our adult “happy meal” that was on the reverse happy hour. It’s such a great deal! The burgers were cooked to perfection, the fries were tasty, and we upgraded to our drinks to margaritas. The food and drinks came out very quick. Our server, Ella was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cool. Looking forward to going back.

The food was good but service was lacking. Didn’t get much attention, food took awhile and empty drinks and dirty plates were left at our table for most of our meal until finally got ahold of someone

We had heard so many great things about Dodo Bird that we were excited to try it. Unfortunately, we came on a night where they were out of a lot of their most popular items. They were even out of Iced Tea. We will chalk it up to a bad night for them and give it another try in the future.

The food was really really good. We did not have a traditional dinner, a couple cocktails, and shared a burger and chicken sandwich. The burger was freaking amazing, rivaled any top burger that I would get in top burger restaurants in Chicago. The chicken sandwich might have been better. The best part of the night was Bailey; she was quick with recommendations and was a sweetheart through and through. She was a delight and the restaurant was too.

Ordered ice tea, they were out. Asked for milk with coffee, they were out. Ordered chicken and waffles, they brought out French toast because they forgot they were out of waffles. Mother’s chimichurri toast came with no chinichurri. Server acted like it was my fault or kept blaming the kitchen. Manager didn’t do anything except act like a hero for not charging for the chicken and waffles. 3/10 overall.

The food was not cooked well there were some parts that were raw and some that were good. The service was not outstanding it was something normal. They were not trying to earn that tip acting like the server just expected it. Would not come again unless it comes to the drinks it looks like people come in there to get drunk and go home because that’s what I saw and over heard.

We got the tomahawk for two meal and the first thing they brought out was the Cesar salad. It was extremely seasoned. Like salt and pepper all over it. It was way too salty to enjoy but we just left it to the side. My steak was undercooked, the server took it back right away and got it remade but it sucked not enjoying my meal together. By the time the steak was back my fries were cold. In contrast the fries were delicious when they first came out. We also got the Mac and cheese on the side and the pasta tasted old. It was undercooked and overcooked, kind of tasted like they left it out for a while then covered it with the sauce. The Mac and cheese had a good flavor but it was a 5/10 due to coming out cold and with old pasta. I did not complain to my service because I had already sent my steak back and they were busy, but for a $150 dollar dinner I would expect more effort. Overall the restaurant is a 6/10. I might come back for the fries and the steak was yummy but just was not cooked right the first time.
