    The menu offers a good and varied choice, and the wine list is outstanding. The quality of the steaks we had was good and cooked as we had ordered it, which we consider a compliment. The noise level is on the high side, but we had worse in other restaurants. All in all, we will come back and can recommend the restaurant.

    I was dining alone, and I asked for a quiet corner I did dine alone, however behind me three tables was the bar which was quite noisy On the other side of the restaurant, there were a couple tables being used it was quite quiet there

    We went for the Winter Fondue experience. Very overpriced for what was offered and didn’t taste that great either. But the service was great.

    Service was a little slow to start but the food was amazing. We had the Arancini to start. My husband had the pork and had the lobster risotto. Excellent view and ambiance.

    Always a nice breakfast/brunch setting with friends. A go to, we have been a number of times and we've always enjoyed it. Also, the servers we have had have been very pleasant and attentive. Just thought the price for a salad was a bit steep.

    An excellent all-round dining experience. All 3 of us enjoyed our menu choices. That being said, my husband (absent because of illness) whp is a senior with diet restrictions, and a preference for less spicy, blander food, would have been hard pressed to choose anything on your lunch menu. I presume he could have asked for something from your breakfast menu.

    Our server, Lara, was exceptional. Her warmth and attention made us feel very special. Her recommendations about the wine and the food were extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time!

    Great views, service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We did the fondu (truffle and mushroom- the forester). There was way too much for two people which would be my only complaint 😉

    The waffles had frozen blueberries and no whipped cream or anything else to make them look even vaguely appealing. The Croque monsieur was okay but tepid with too much ham for balance, and mediocre presentation as well.

    the server at the very end said: “ i need to check to see if the transaction went through” like did she just accuse me of dining and dashing left the bill and terminal at the table for me to pay, went to go do something else or serve another table, i paid got my receipt then got up to leave. she rushed to our table and said: “i need make sure to went through” like first of all how are you just going to leave the terminal with me and the bill and expect to wish for you to come back so i can pay! Why can’t you literally just wait for me to pay to “verify” i paid for the meal. Absolutely horrid experience

    Would have rated 5/5 stars but for minor reasons: - few to no vegan options on the brunch menu; - we expected the lunch menu at 1:00 pm reservation, but as it was a weekend day, only the brunch menu was offered; - the option to have fewer potatoes and a small side salad would be appreciated and better that strictly having to choose either a salad or potatoes. - our table ordered a cocktail, 2 beer and a glass of wine. Would have been appreciated if the server offered to open the beer and pour a small amount into the glass. Other than these small things all aspect were 😊 great!

    Beautiful view and table by the window for the 2 of us but this is not the place for an intimate dining experience. Noise level very high making it difficult to be heard without raising your voice (and adding to the noise level!) Appetizers and meals were good. Disappointing that even with a 6:15 reservation the kitchen was out of the sable fish - which was high on our list. Lara is an excellent member of the wait staff!

    Unfortunately the salmon was not cooked properly (both meals were raw) and we had to send it back. The staff apologized. Awhile later returned with the same fish cooked better but no offer to discount the food. The next day we ordered waffles for room service and they were delicious but no maple syrup as advertised. We called them they sent syrup. The staff response was good but seems like the kitchen service needs some improvement.

    We had the eggs Benedict with the chunky hash browns. The absolute best potatoes & eggs Benedict we have ever eaten! Cannot wait to have them again!

    Our food was amazing! From the appetizers to our main courses, and even dessert, we absolutely enjoyed our second experience as much as we enjoyed it the first time! The smoked, marinated olives were delicious! We would highly recommend the sablefish or the lobster & charred corn risotto! The tiramisu was out of this world! We cannot wait to come back!

    Lunch mid-week was very nice. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about menu items. The burger was fine, my friend’s flatbread was excellent, lattes were a generous size and strong. Quite a lot of people were there but the noise level was low. Very positive experience. Thank you Dockside.

    A lovely place to enjoy a birthday dinner. We had a lovely table by the window with a great view of downtown and uptown Vancouver. It was quiet, which is a bonus in Vancouver, and very elegant. The cocktails were wonderful

    This upscale restaurant with wrap around views of the skyline staffed by friendly professionals with a wonderful decor was so delightful we went back the next day!! The breakfast choices were varied and very good. Will return asap👍

    We were disappointed with the food and thought it very average. My Caesar salad was overdressed, the oysters were muddy and my pasta dish had too much oil and too many breadcrumbs. We eat out a fair bit in Vancouver and although we like the venue we wouldn’t recommend it.

    Not impressed. It was noisy. There’s nothing to absorb the noise .There’s no carpet on the floor were most of the dining occurs and the tables have hard surfaces with no table clothes. My Caesar salad was wilted and loaded with too much dressing. I wasn’t offered ground pepper. Had to send it back. I would not come back here again in the winter. I love the outdoor patio in the summer.

    Food was not great. Loud and we were sat beside the drink station which was a terrible spot with servers constantly grabbing water etc. We flew here to celebrate our birthdays, but didn't feel it. Had much better experiences at other restaurants on Granville Island.
