    Desafortunadamente el Restaurante está bajando de Nivel, somos clientes frecuentes, las dos ultimas ocasiones que hemos ido, la calidad de servicio a pasado de Regular a muy mala. La carne no está bien cocinada, y la barra es un desastre. Definitivamente el “Alma” de ese restaurante es “Xuxa” que preparaba unas “Caipiriñas” espectaculares y ya no está en el restaurante, ahora te la llevan servida desde la barra. Pasó a a ser un restaurante exclusivo a uno más igual de “Espadas” qué hay en Cancún, y el valor por cliente es excesivo, promedio de persona es de 1500 pesos…

    Pésima experiencia. Llegamos 15 minutos antes de la reservación y la hostess prácticamente nos corrió del lugar. No cancele la reserva, nos corrieron, nos dijeron que después de las 12:00 ya no había servicio. No entiendo entonces por que abren la reservación a esa hora. Ni siquiera nos dio opciones para no quedar desatendidos, nos corrió. Pésimo pésimo pésimo. Primera (y último vez obvio) que íbamos con la familia. Yo iba ahí a comer y a desayunar entre semana pero no más.

    Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi Suegra, todo el personal muy amable, la barra es buena, la selección deja un poco que desear, pero en general les damos un 9 de calificación. Por cierto, las “Caipiriña” que prepara Xuxa son buenísimas ! Mejores que las de Brasil.

    The waiter and the cashier (covered by their manager) have this very illegal and improper approach of “mandatory 15% tips”, which is illegal in the country and they know it very well. Everything was fine till they started arguing about their tips. We had a 4000 bill and left 4500. It was not enough for them. Such a pity. The food is very good.
