Food and experience mostly good. 8 Oz fillet seemed small and a little dry. All else was quite good. My wife’s fillet was better.

I requested a quiet part of the restaurant for a party of 8 to enjoy conversation - I was surprised and delighted that they had the perfect private space for us! I was able to bring flowers for my guest seats and the service by Daniel was fabulous. The experience was amazing!

We went for restaurant week on a Saturday night and sat in the lounge. Our server was very friendly and helpful- I don’t remember her name but she was young and had red hair. I had butternut squash bisque, which was amazing. The chicken was very tender and of course my chocolate dessert was delicious. I wanted to get the mac & cheese because it’s one of the best in the city but I didn’t have room! Next time for sure. Ok

We were there for restaurant week. Our meal included a glass of wine. We had a gift card so didn’t notice that we were charged $60 separately for 3 glasses of wine that should have been included on the 3 meals! When we called about it we were told there is no way to prove we didn’t get 6 total glasses - sorry. For 3 $45 restaurant week meals we paid $100 gift card plus $144 cash plus a large tip!!! Don’t go during restaurant week!!!!

First time at Del Frisco’s in Denver. Seated promptly. Waited awhile for a waiter to come. Ordered drinks and salads. Finished salads and then an hour later waiter came to take our food order. Food was very good. Probably won’t be back. Not up to par with other steak houses in the area

Came for the holiday special and the waitress didn’t ring it in correctly—basically forgot the entire other half of our order. She seemed distracted all night. Brought out cold Mac n Cheese TWICE. Everytime Inlooked for her she was cleaning glasses or something, I think she was trying to get off early and kept forgetting our food? Drink refills were super slow. Said coconut cream pie wasn’t on the menu…showed it to her and she was surprised. That pie is always on the menu? Not sure what was going on, but I eat here about once a month and think it will be awhile before I’m back. The steak was cooked perfectly, so that redeemed the evening a bit.

Sadly disappointed this time. Food not delivered correctly and not as noted on menu. Service not great either. Second time we have been here and been disappointed. We were the first table for early brunch - so not like they were crazy busy.

We are Del Frisco Grille regulars and enjoy many of the items on their varied and always evolving menu. We usually choose to eat in the more informal atmosphere of the bar, and did so on this visit. But there was a boisterous group that was loud and greatly diminished the ambiance, to the detriment of several tables; would have liked staff to suggest they dial it back a bit so as not be so intrusive on other's dining experience.

You need to pay attention to reservation requests and hostesses need to plan accordingly. Requested a booth in the dining room but you gave my table away, no explanation why. We were sat in the too quiet separate dining room behind the main dining room. The wedge salad had cold bacon on top and way too much dressing for the amount of lettuce. The beef short rib description says asparagus, which you would think means more than one spear. We didn't even get that much! I had half a spear (bottom half) and my date had half a spear (looked like the top half of mine)! Short rib and potatoes tasted good though. Food runner asked if we needed anything else and my date ordered a glass of wine, he acknowledged the order and even knew of the wine my date ordered. We never got the wine and told our server, she said "the busers don't always tell me about orders". sounds like a training opportunity there (along with hostess training noted above). Lemon cake is delicious but it's not enough of a reason to go back anytime soon.

Start to finish — the perfect Christmas Day dinner. We accidentally booked 3, instead of 4 for our reservation and the front hostess was more than accommodating to finding us a booth. Tristan, our server, was incredible. His recommendations were spot on and he was attentive while giving us space. Every plate — ahi tacos, salmon, short ribs, branzino and filet mignon — was cleared. Thank you, Del Frisco’s, for a sublime dining experience!

Disappointing. It was our third time here and I was underwhelmed. The steak was fine. The potatoes were barely warm. The mushrooms were good. The Tech Center location is better.
