ESVA Style Seafood Buckets
Virginia’s Eastern Shore prepared seafood is a method of preparation that hails from Cape Charles, VA, once reported to be the seafood capital of the world. Seafood prepared ESVA style is delicately seasoned, lightly battered and fried, incredibly fresh seafood with generous portions.
