   I don’t remember what our servers name was, but he was a black male and very tall. He was very nice and good with explaining the menu in the game cards. The food was very fast and he was consistent with checking our table. Great job guys.

   The GM had to step in and take care of our 14 person table as no other waitstaff wanted to. We waited for 40 minutes just for waters. When the GM turned the table back to the waitress - we waited an hour just for out check. Staff was very unwilling to work and it definitely swayed our decision to not return.

   Service great. Ordered 4 meals. 3 were lousy (2 kids and 1 adult chicken tender (which was terrible)). Games were as good as you would expect.

    It took 30 minutes to even get acknowledged by a server. Food came out before the appetizer. When the appetizers came out it was not correct. Service was extremely slow. 30 minutes just to get a drink.

    Many of the games were not working, the bathroom was dirty and although the server was super nice, service was really slow. Not sure I will be back.

    we waited 45 minutes to get a waiter to come to our table. When we got our orders our food was cold and our orders was messed up. The sodas was water down. I would not recommend going there for eating, but the play area was really good but the restaurant area was dirty and it was not a great situation to be in.

    We had reservations and the wait to be seated was still long. After seated, it took 30 minutes for a server to even take drink orders. While waiting for her to approach we were making calls to other restaurants to see how long waits would be. We were very close to leaving. The server informed us that it would take another 25 minutes for drinks from the bar and food was taking at least 30 minutes. Food came out cold and underdone. The restaurant was very dirty. The only reason I gave the service two stars is because the servers were very friendly…just not enough of them. Way understaffed.

    We had 6pm reservations. We sat at the table for about 20 minutes before the waitress walked pass and informed us she would "be right with us". Finally at about 6:45pm we flagged her down to order food and drinks. When our food came no dipping sauce was provided. We asked for sauce and waited 10 minutes before we walked over to the kitchen to request it ourselves. The wings tasted as if they were cooked in old grease and the tenders as well. She never checked on us again so we had to flag her down to make us aware. We had to flag her down for the bill as well. After we paid with card and wrote a cash tip would be left she then came to the table multiple times looking for the tip but never offered to remove any of the dishes we were done with or offer refills. She even made a comment to give the tip to her because people steal tips. I left a tip because I know times a hard but this service was horrible. I'll just go to play games and skip the dine in experience.

    The restaurant was understaffed. My husband and I ordered a sandwich a fries, waiting an hour and our food never came, we ended up cancelling our order. The waitress was nice enough to comp our bill.

    Service was a little slow, but I know they were understaffed... only 3 servers in the entire dining area! Food was prompt, hot, and very good. The whole place is noisy, but that is to be expected. Game area had a few games that were not working, but the kids had fun and I even found some 'old school' games to play as well. Entire place was very clean and the staff were friendly. I'll definitely come back.

    Food was okay, some of the French fries should have been thrown away before cooking, must have been black and discolored areas of the peel with dirt and/or mold in them, nasty surprise when the rest was decent or even superior to most. Bathroom was a disaster area, should consider a full time maintenance person and stock spare parts for broken and leaking faucets and urinals, and damaged, dilapidated stall partitions that didn't allow doors to close properly. Sticker shock for drink prices was also ridiculous, not listed on the menu and the server estimate was off by about fifty percent. I don't intend to return any time soon.

    Food was disgusting very salty. I couldn’t finish it also the big pretzel was very dry. The waiter was great and for the price you pay for the arcade cards it should be unlimited. But that is only if you buy an expensive birthday package. Which is only for 10 or more guests.

    Cool place to watch a game and have a drink. Food was not good. Over priced and not very tasty. Games weren’t bad since we went when they were have priced on a Wednesday. Although some of the better games were not working. Staff was friendly but took along time to get a server to come to table.

    Our dinner experience was pretty awful… long waits, food/drinks on menu not available, several mixups with the play chip amount on game card and being charged for the food that wasn’t available, no light up ice cubes in kids drinks as described on menu, and the food was not great… disappointing but we were excited to play games anyway!

    They are understaffed like everywhere else. It's not the fault of the servers, they're doing their best. But the prices are ridiculous, kids sitting forever waiting to order and be served, then to get the game cards so they can play. Not worth the aggravation. They should cut their hours and only be open when they can be fully staffed.

    The food was terrible. It takes a lot for me to criticize a restaurant but the food was just noxious. Portions were also small for the price. Philly Dip had very little beef in it and way too many mushrooms. Servers were great but I would not come again to eat.

    took over an hour to get our food and then it was cold. waitress never came to our table after taking our order. we were a party of 8 for a bachelorette party with an agenda so we had places to be afterwards. manager did comp our food bill but obviously it didn't make our food hot for when we ate it....

    The games and food were good but not excellent. We ordered our food around 820 pm and didn’t receive it until 900pm. It wasn’t that busy considering it was a weekday. The food was still good however. My issue with that games was it seemed like atleast 15 percent of the games at this particular location weren’t working. The games that were working were still fun.

    My granddaughter chose Dave & Busters for her graduation party. We had around 12 people, and I ordered appetizers and drinks. The waitress we had was the BEST. She was attentive but not intrusive, answered our questions and was prompt in serving what we ordered. She was great and should be acknowledged. I also appreciated that the music was not too loud so we could talk.
