   Food was not all brought out together so half the table was finished by the time the rest of the food was brought out- which was cold. We didn’t have silverware- the table next to us was never cleared so we looked at someone else’s mess the whole time- our waitress didn’t take things that we were finished with - would NOT go back!

   The server was more busy being in his phone then waiting on our table, the front staff had no clue about deals until another worker came along and gave us suggestions on what to do because this was my first time at D&B. The food was not good and came out like warm…my daughters burger came out first and was hot and she liked it, the rest of the food came out like warm and my daughter still didn’t have her wings when we were done with our food. I saw the waiter off the side on his phone and when we flagged him down he apologized and another 10 min passed and he showed up with almost cold wings and fries. My daughter loooves wings and didn’t even finish them even though she was hungry. My tab beer took 30 min to arrive as well. Disappointing experience and it’s definitely what it’s cracked up to be. We won’t be back. Oh yeah and we spend $350 and left very dissatisfied.

   We always go there to watch the boxing matches, the service is usually pretty good, but our server was not very attentive and the big screens kept going in and out during the fight and the food is normally pretty good, but it was off last night.

   Sat down, took 30 minutes for a waiter to come over. Daughters food was cold, I was handing my husband the card to give her when he was ready she saw that, we had just got our food, she brought over the check, never got a refill, no straws, cold food, felt rushed have waiting 30 minutes just to place a drink order. Will not eat here again.

   Not sure why they wanted us to make a reservation....upon entering they seemed to not have a clue that we made one at all. Then we were told to just pick a table. Service was ok and the food was ok. The kids enjoyed themselves up until one of them lost their point card.

   We had a group of about 40 and they took such good care of us from being incredibly attentive in helping us secure enough tables when we made reservations to the space and attention we were given once we arrived. They were absolutely fantastic and our team had a great time! Thank you Dave & Busters for a job well done!

   I hosted a retirement party here during happy hour on a Thursday and it was perfect. They gave us half of the dining area, which was far more than we expected and worked perfectly. John the manager was well aware of our group and was attentive throughout the event even serving food as needed. Kayla, our server was excellent. She was efficient, effective, personable and professional, nothing rattled her even all of our separate checks. The food quality was excellent and came to the table quickly after each order was placed, and was good value for the price. The atmosphere was unusual for a retirement party but the guest really enjoyed having the option to play games together or just sit and visit. I highly recommend this establishment.

   The lower star rating was mostly for the long wait times for the food. The server was great and attentive we just waited almost an hour for two ordered of wings and fries to come out and then another 30 minutes for an order of churros. And they weren’t even that busy at all.

    Came for my niece’s 7th birthday with a total party of 15. There was plenty of seating in a nice quite section where we all had room. Our server was amazing and got every detail correct with our order right down to making sure the kids food was our first!! We were there early enough that it wasn’t too crowded in the arcade and everyone had a chance to play whatever they wanted except for skee ball because we couldn’t find it (honestly that was the only not good thing lol). Definitely going to come again real soon!

    When we arrived we were on the list, but they did not have a table ready. When we did get seated we were told we will give you a table, but your server is busy. Our reservations were at 6pm. We did not get our drinks until 6:45. Our appetizer had to be sent back because it was pretty much a bowl full of grease and at that point we didn’t even want it. My daughter and my husbands food came out cold and mine didn’t even come out. When mine came out they were done eating so I told them I didn’t want it. Service needs to improve drastically. It wasn’t all the waiters fault because he did have a lot of tables. I will not return for a long time if ever.

    We wound up leaving for several reasons. 1) we ordered appetizers only to find out both items we not available. 2) when we got our food it was cold. I do not mean warm, I mean COLD. We ordered chicken tenders and fries. When I ate one of the fries I became annoyed and pushed off because this tells me that our food sat too long in my the window. 3) the manager was running around like he didn’t know what he was doing. I will not waste time going back, especially for the Super Bowl!

    Food was awful. Didn't go in expecting much, but we expected it to at least be hot and with some flavor. Worst 'bar food' imaginable. Serve was terrible. Complained about food, server didn't care. Kids food came out 30 minutes before adult food. Try and hold down 4 kids to wait for everyone to finish that way before playing games.     I had made a reservation for 8 for my son’s birthday for 6:00 on a Wednesday. We arrived on time and were told to proceed to the host stand for our reservation. We were not greeted and I had to flag someone down. I told her we had a reservation for 8 and she said she couldn’t seat us. Again, I told her we had a reservation and she said once the whole party got there, then she could seat us. So, we were standing with our arms full and there were lots of empty tables. There were only about 4 tables taken in that whole section. She then came back and said that she and another worker were the only ones in that section and we should look around the bar for a big table because it would be a while until we could be seated. We went around the bar and luckily found a booth big enough, but had to ask someone who was our server after ten minutes. Although, overall it turned out great for my family and my son, I think if you have a reservation, then it should be honored. It made me very anxious and stressed as we were having other family meeting us. Please review your policies with reservations. I understand that they may have been understaffed, but the server that spoke with us initially, did not apologize or seem to care that were were not accommodated especially with our hands full.     Our food was cold, the coleslaw was sour and room temperature when served. Also, the kitchen was out of multiple items (steak bites, wings). My daughter ordered a steak salad, but asked for shrimp (since they were out of the steak bites) and we were still charged for the shrimp. Our bill was $88, before purchasing game tokens.

    Came out to celebrate my brothers birthday. Dine in experience wasn’t that great.. made a reservation but no one was available to seat us so we had to just pick a place to sit and then a particular server did not want to wait on my family and I so he put it off onto another server claiming he was too busy. The other server had no knowledge she was even volunteered to wait on my family and I so we were sitting there for about 30 min before anyone came to the table.

    They weren’t quite ready for us when we arrived about 5 mins before the reserved time, but after that the waitress was very friendly and got us everything we needed.     Fun for all ages. D&B has a large gaming area with new and classic games. The dining area is clean and there are many screens to watch various sporting events. Do yourself a favor and order their flatbreads.

    The host was very polite and sat us down quickly. Right then and there we thought we were going to receive the same service from our waitress…that was not the case. Our waitress was Gabbie and the customer service was lacking a tad bit. We as a collective (2 adults & 2 pre-teens) felt as if she wasn’t attentive enough. We made eye contact several times assuming she would come over to ask “is everything okay” or “do you need anything” however none of that happened. We had to physically stop her in the of her setting tables to ask for napkins and refills. Despite the fact it was also my nephew 12th birthday, the focus was never on us. It was also my 12 year old nephew who pointed out the facts which reflected in her tip. Also, I will be back to try all the drinks that she mentioned you were out of.

    Had my daughters 6 th birthday last night. We were allowed to bring the cake and table cloth. Our server was very nice and checked up on us often. Although Dave and Busters doesn’t offer anything for birthdays we were not too bummed out about this because they still had a eat and play bundle deal for $19.99 with a $10 play card some had higher play card value as the price went up. We went last notice so I didn’t have time to schedule a party planner so I lost value in a party package. But we had fun. Some of the games are over priced, $15 for a 75 point card and one machine might cost you 11 points just to play one game! So you can run threw the play cards really quick, having to keep reloading cost a lot of money!!!
