Birthday party. First time dining here. Highly recommended by friends who said they had the best Italian food. It was loud, had to speak up to hear each other. The salad was fresh. The pasta was good. We expected fresh graded Parmesan cheese, but pre-graded in a shaker was all that was available. One of the three of us said yes to fresh graded pepper, but the waiter didn’t hear her and she ended up using pepper from the shaker on our table. The meat balls were disappointing, little flavor, consistency of turkey. The La Bamba desert was pre-packaged and average taste. All-in-all the meals were okay, but nothing special. We were thinking this would be fine dining, home made, high quality, Italian food. It was more every day dining, commercially made, average quality, Italian food. The water was friendly but appeared to be extremely busy and could have used more help. Considering value for costs we will probably not return.

I made a reservation, checked in early, and it was abundantly clear that I was forgotten about. People who walked in without reservations after me, with the same amount of people in their party, were seated before me. I checked the status of my reservation and it said “dining” which was not at all accurate. When I asked how much longer I should expect to wait, I was treated like I hadn’t made a reservation because they couldn’t find it. As soon as they did find it, I was seated immediately but saw the hosts laughing about the situation. When I got seated at my booth, there was a group of men loitering nearby and yelling over each other to be heard over the noisy music. They were there for at least twenty minutes and were so loud that I couldn’t even talk much with my date. When the live music started they were deafening - much too loud to enjoy. The bread was great, the entree subpar, and the dessert was fine. For the expense of this dining experience, I was greatly disappointed.

What more can I say? The parking lot is packed, and walk-in people are cheerfully waiting in the lobby to get a seat. The Check-In staff is huddled at the computer screen like Aircraft Controllers. Diners are laughing and chattering. The staff treats you like "Royalty". The food is great, and the wine list is superb. What's not to love about the place?

I made reservations and waited over 30 minutes ( I understand it was busy ) but when I got there the hostess told me a couple of minutes before I was seated and it became a lot longer , more like 35 minutes, and then was put in the corner towards busy traffic. When I made the reservation it asked if it was a special occasion. I’d recommend not asking that if it goes Un- acknowledged.

We had a reservation for 5:30. We were in room that had three tables and than 2 long tables. Everything seemed ok although the waitress had no time for us - very short ( which is unusual for you guys) At 615 we started seeing managers in the room setting up more tables. My daughter got hit twice with chairs when they were rushing to set up with a table about 2 feet away from us. Once all the guest started to arrive the room wasn't big enough for this party plus 3 other tables of "outside" guests. I assume that they thought that a table of 2 with a 5:30 reservation would be gone by 7 (when it seemed the party started) but unfortunatly it took a very long time to get our food. As we were finishing up our meal we literally had people standing over our shoulders while we ate. We were still eating when the waitress dropped off the bill. My daughter said to the Waitress, we are going to get dessert - she siged and said ok what do you want than ( mind you we received no menu for desserts and I was still eating my steak). NOT ONE staff member spoke to us once the party guest started to come - it was evident that other guests that night were not important to the staff. This dinner was suppose to be a special night - it was my anniversary of 64 years and although I lost my wife I wanted to go out for a special night- so disappointing When my daughter told the waitress that it was a special night and that it would of been my 64th anniversary -she said ok, ok while happy birthday than not even looking at us but looking around at the "special/important" guests

Very disappointed that we had to wait over 30 minutes, standing up at bar, until we were seated. Not sure what the point is in making a reservation when you have to wait that long to be seated. Other than that, and the waitress seemingly overly busy and forgetting to bring our drinks, everything else was fantastic.

I really wanted to give it five stars, but after sitting in someone else's food scraps..in a three-piece.. while wearing white..yeah.. no!!. That's what I get for showing up for at a 7:00 o'clock anniversary dinner a half hour early.. on top of which the food was just ok for "Lobster Ravioli" in what tasted like canned sauce.

First time to this restaurant and it was AMAZING! Bar area inviting almost wanted to just eat there. Christina was our waitress, she has worked there 10 years and was wonderful.
