   We had a party of 16 and only got one server. She was obviously young and new and I think if the other staff had helped at all it would have been a totally different experience. As it was though, o our meals came out in groups of 5 with a single meal taking over an hour to get. It was a club sandwich. When we asked about it the server let us know the cook wouldn’t let anyone help him make the meals and that was what the hold up was. She apologized profusely but couldn’t get him to make the meal. My husband got wings and one wasn’t cooked. Table after table got their food without our club sandwich being made or brought to us. While our server was dealing with the cook the drinks at the bar were made and just sat there, even though there weren’t any patrons at the bar and two bar tenders. They could use some guidance and help from more experienced staff. Won’t be returning until some changes are made to support the serving staff.

   Food was mediocre and overpriced. Server was friendly and attentive. Our food was brought by someone else so they didn't know the order was incorrect and quickly fixed it. The sweet potatoe fries were very overcooked. The manager asked how our meal was and after the feedback had comped the incorrect meal and gave us a $30 game card which was lovely! They worked to fix the problems which was very much appreciated.

   We had a great time during our Spring Break vacation! The food was good, our waiter as fun, bowling was entertaining, and the kids spent hours in the arcade!

   Waited an Hour after ordering drinks to get them. Drinks sat at the bar for 20-30 minutes while waitress walked passed them multiple times. Had to ask someone else to take our food order and then 20 minutes later the order still wasn’t put in. Waitress came back with the ticket asking what was on what. Food was good but wouldn’t recommend If in a time crunch.

   No one was there to seat us. Waited over 10 minutes past our reservation while staff sttodd and gossiped around a table being bussed. When asked to be seated was told "someone should be there" and went back to gossiping. We ended up sitting at the bar. Worst experience with a reservation.

    Seated near bar in a booth (party of 6). Relatively slow for a Saturday night - I think a total of 5 or 6 tables filled. Took 20mins for drink order, almost 45 mins for food delivery. When our Gluten-free Hawaiian pizza was delivered, it was severely undercooked. Asked waiter to retire, apparently it was burned in that process and had to be remade. When it finally showed, it was still undercooked. Waiter offered a $30 game card for pizza problem (took close to another 45 mins to get it), but not removing it from the tab. Manager came by, was made aware of the issue, offered another card and did remove the pizza(s) from the tab. Slow service, poor pizza cook. Chicken pesto sandwich was ok, boneless wings average. Pretzel and cheese surfs were very good, so not a complete loss!

    The profile is misleading. The restaurant is actually inside a noisy arcade. Not a relaxing experience. The gluten free buns were very dry.

    Service was extremely slow despite there only being 3 tables seated in total. Lettuce in the salads was wilted and slimy, burgers were pretty Nader cooked.

    Most of the food we ordered was good except for the fish and chips. The Cod was extremely greasy from being fried and was difficult to eat. My kiddos had pasta and my husband had cajun pasta which they said were good but it came with macaroni pasta vs the spiral pasta that is advertised. Yes, pasta type makes a huge difference. As for games.. they were decent.. but of course.. not all of them worked which was disappointing. Most likely won't be coming back when visiting Colorado again.

    Awful service. Took an hour and a half to get food. Silverware was never brought out. Waited an hour for napkins when I have two small children who often spill drinks. Waited 15 mins for ketchup only to be brought and empty ketchup bottle.

    First, to order food took at least 30 minutes if not more. Then, our food took an hour to come out. This is not an exaggeration. When our food finally came out my food was not there. I ordered 5 Buffalo wings. The waitress told me they didn’t come in 5 when I ordered them and I wish I would have caught that, because yes they do. She put in boneless wings. So after my table was almost done eating my food finally came out and was boneless wings, which I can not eat. The waitress did offer to see if they could get wings at that point but she didn’t know how long it would take. I declined, at that point my table was almost finished eating. There was also a problem with the beer. Many of the beers were extremely foamy. I could see the bartender struggling to pour full beers and when ours came out they weren’t even full. I don’t know if there was a restaurant manager there but it was needed. We won’t be going to this restaurant again.

    I have eaten here a few times. Each time hoping that it will be better than the last. The service is hit or miss. The last time that I went, I ordered chicken with my pasta. They forgot the chicken and didn’t bring it until I was done eating. They did take it off of the bill. Which I appreciate. My husband asked for ketchup At the beginning of his meal and didn’t get it until he was done eating. The server wasn’t the problem. It seemed like they rely on other people to bring the food and to go boxes and the other people don’t follow through. Maybe just do it yourself. Anytime we have ordered in the bowling area the service was great. Just keep it simple when you order. Wings or nachos 👍🏼

    They tan a St. Patty’s day special which made the whole place super busy. They were not staffed for the amount of customers. The manager did stop and apologize and we received extra arcade cards in a good amount. One problem with a meal and they comped the meal. Maybe on a less busy day they would get 5 stars but it’s hard to say how it would have been without the specials.

    Our food took a long time to be served, and half of the food for our party wasn’t brought out until 15 minutes later. Some people in our party were finished eating the time the rest of the food came out for 5 more people. We were 25 minutes late for our bowling reservation, but I was glad we were able to get an extra 30 minutes tacked on paSt the end of the reservation that was supposed to end at 9:45.

    Had a reservation. Sat immediately. Waited 15 minutes to get a drink order. Waiter walked by our table several times until I stopped him and asked if he could get our drink order. Instead he went to the bar and asked the bartender to take our order. He ended up having a big party about 30 minutes later so I guess that’s why. I would have just appreciated him getting our drinks and not clearly ignoring us before handing us off. Bar tender was great and got a good tip.

    We didn’t go. Their internet went down and the atm ran out of money so everyone was going to the gas station across the street to get cash to pay. We only found out because of a guest walking in, he stopped and told us it was a mess and just all cash.

    Food was good. Took 20 min to get a drinks. Then took another 20 min after getting our food to get condiments we asked for, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper. Was told there is no pepper, never been to a place with no pepper. Also you have no sweet and sour sauce for chicken tenders. That is unusual.

    I have been here a total of three times. The first, our order was messed up and we got things we didn’t order. The second it was great and the food tasted great. This final time though has made it so I will never go back there again. It was my Grandson’s 7th birthday and he wanted to play laser tag. So off to the summit we went. Worst mistake ever. Since the place was crowded which I’m sure is usual for a Saturday, we reserved slots for the laser tag making sure we had plenty of time to enjoy our meal. I wish. First, my grandson ordered the grilled cheese which turned out to be a slice of cheese looked like velvet stuck between two pieces of bread. It came out burnt. We called the waitress over and she seemed appalled we wanted to change it and ran off to “ask” the manager if we could. Then c can the grown up food. We ordered the kids first so they wouldn’t get cranky waiting, and upon my daughter opening the top to her burger found a hair in her egg. The waitress was right there and seen it, not a good thing. Once again she went off to see if we could get a new one. Yes, she actually asked if we wanted a new one. After everyone was done, the waitress came to tell us it was going to be awhile before the cook would “get to the remake”. Ended up having to get it to go and missed our laser tag slot with no refund to boot. Thank you summit for ruining a little boys birthday. Due to the crowd he didn’t get to play. I’ll never go back there again.

    This restaurant is in the same space as the Summit entertainment venue (bowling, arcade, laser tag, etc.). We went late (8:30) on a cold February night and while the bowling alley was busy, the arcade and restaurant were nearly empty. Could be a very different experience on a different night. Food was decent. We both had burgers with fries and shared a wedge salad. Meat was cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and crisp. Long list of local craft and other beers. Unfortunately they were out of 3 of our choices (wanted to try some new craft brews). The ones we got were good. Lots of big screens so this is a fine place to gather with friends to watch sports and/or enjoy the arcade and bowling.

    We had reservations for 10 starting at 6 for dinner. We didn’t get our food until 7:30 . The bowling was fun but we will be eating somewhere else before we come here again. Maybe hire more people on Sat. ? The waitstaff was great but very busy.

    The restaurant closed we walked in for our reservation. And the server did not seem to care one bit that we had the reservation for a birthday party. Very poor service and kind of rude. I will not be making reservations for this restaurant again, My money will be better spent elswhere.

    We waited a very long time for our waitress to even come get us waters, she told us she hadn’t been informed that she was going to be our waitress. We ordered our food, however, the waitress never put our food entry in. Our 2 friends who had shown up late and ordered food after us got their meals before us. When we asked the waitress she just kept saying I don’t know. We had a game to get to. We finally said to cancel the food and we needed to speak to a manager. I will not be returning here again

    The waitress was stressed out! She had 2 tables walkout on her because of the chaos… she kept apologizing but never had an opportunity to take our order for over an hour!! Wow will never go again she was a great waitress but I feel the manager should have stepped up and helped and I hope and pray those 2 tables that didn’t pay won’t come out her paycheck but management!! Flip side we did tip her LOL

    The service here was not great. We were celebrating for Christmas and the service was just weird. Our bowling shoes were forgotten, then when we went to eat at the restaurant we waited forever for everything. The whole experience was not good. We all left saying, "Well that was a weird night." We will not be back for anything important again.
