Thank you for your interest in large party dining at Crawford & Son. Final guest count must be confirmed more than 24hrs in advance. 1. Fee Amount: $300 cancellation fee is charged for all large parties and are only charged to your card if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the reservation. The term “cancellation” herein includes a no-show for the reservation. 2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel a large party event, such cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the Reservation Date set forth above. If the reservation is cancelled within such 24 hour-period, we reserve the right to charge your card the Deposit Amount, and by accepting the reservation, you hereby consent to such charge. 3. Service Charge: customary service charge of 20% to all food and beverage charges. 4. Credit Card Processing Fee: 3% Credit Card Processing Fee will be added to any credit card transaction. No debit card transactions will be charged. 5. No Individual Checks are available.
