It’s ok for what it is: a bar restaurant. It’s not a restaurant bar. The food was ok. It was hilarious that we made a reservation; it was a sea of open tables. The staff was friendly enough and somewhere between “Just right” and “Hello? Anybody there?” Just know that this is extremely casual dining and, for me, not the place if you’re looking for a restaurant to impress someone. But if you’re looking for a place to drink while watching a game, this place definitely works. Lots of tvs and all of them on sports.

Food was just ok. Crab legs were pretty small but not too bad. The shrimp were just ok as well. Corn was not good but it's not in season so that's probably why. Overall just an ok meal.

Read the reviews which sounded great. Now after our own experience, I realize they must have been written by the owners. It was awful. Service was awful and food was awful. Do not go there!

It’s been a long time since we’ve had such an abysmal experience at a restaurant. Six people in our party got their food after a significant wait, and the other two didn’t get their orders until we had been at the restaurant for almost two hours. After telling us it would be a “minute or two,” we waited an additional 45 minutes without the server once returning to our table. When we asked about our missing orders, the host snapped at us that they were busy. No one ever apologized and the $6 comped amount on a $256 bill really didn’t cut it. We were polite and undemanding but were treated poorly. And as an extra insult, they added an automatic 18% gratuity. If any one had tried to explain or make it right, it would have been fine. But it was the crappy attitude that ruined the night for us.

Hubby and I went there for Date night. There were less than 10 people there when we arrived. I liked that we could code our own seats and the waitress was very attentive. Like VERY attentive. I think she may have been a new hire, but she was courteous. The crabs were pretty tasty and the burger special was decent. The drinks were awful. Hubby had a frozen margarita, a regular margarita, and a beer. He said the beer was not cold at all and the margaritas were weak. I had a Disaronno amaretto sour and it was bitter and weak. Now that we know the restaurant is under new management, we won’t be returning.

Our waitress was very attentive. The crab cake sandwich was huge. Definitely got a mouth full of fresh crab meat! Tastes are a little bland but overall not bad

The food wasn’t bad; however, for the price, the portion size was disappointing. I was also disappointed that I could not order a side of fried shrimp with my entree but instead would have to purchase another full entree. They need to offer more combo options.

Crackpot is a very nice place to go. Very spacious and open. It has a full bar and sports if you are into that. The table was ready and away from the bar. The waitress was wonderful and very attentive. The food is always amazing. Just a great experience every time we go.

Calamari was good. Steak to small and expensive. Mushrooms look like they are canned. Creamed spinach can be made better. Crab cake ok. Not expecting the restaurants ambiance. It was dark and gloomy. For a restaurant requiring reservation for lunch, I have expected more. It was a bit disappointing and probably not coming back anytime soon. Our server, who was the only staff there was a nice accommodating lady

Crabcakes and Alaskan King Crab legs were excellent! Maryland crab soup had lots of crab and the perfect amount of Old Bay! Friendly Bartender managed our table and her customers as well. Fair prices and an overall excellent dining experience!

No major complaints , the food was ok my steak was a little Over cooked, no real Seasoning on it and fries we crispy cooked. The Snow Crab legs seemed pricey for the quality of them but were still ok. Appetizers were good and the service was good. Wasnt a bad experience and we may possibly go back again and Try different food items.

The reviews on the restaurant must be by family of the owners or something. My husband and I went here for my birthday dinner. On open table there’s an option to add special events. Of course we selected birthday. They didn’t even mention it when we got there. The food was so bad I thought it was my 10 year old cousin running the kitchen. It literally sound like we were in our families living room. So noise. Mask are not enforced. And it’s pretty uncomfortable for people traveling from somewhere like NYC.

If you are looking for somewhere with good drinks this is the place. The drinks were amazing. The food was good as well however some things could be seasoned a little better. Our server was amazing as well. Good conversation and great atmosphere. I will definitely return.

We went for steamed crabs. They were awesome! Haven't been here in years, but it was well worth the trip.
