We called to move our reservation from 6:30 to 7:15 because of traffic. They said it was no problem. We were seated at 7:45. Every part of our meal was slow and we were always out of drinks. Our meals were all over the place parts were undercooked, overcooked, super hot, or cold. They seemed crowded and understaffed for the night.

We went with another couple that had not been there before and they were so impressed with the food and the service. Everyone's food was delivered hot and cooked exactly the way they ordered it. The steaks are always fantastic. I don't think you can find a better steak and the prices are very reasonable. We love Copper Cellar and try to go as often as we can and love introducing new people to this restaurant.

Everything was great except my steak. It was over cooked .(I ordered med rare, this was hardly any pink) . I was asked to cut and check and I did but I said it was fine because I just dont send back food ever. I either eat it or leave it. That being said all the rest of our food was fantastic and im willing to give it another try.

Our waitress was very nice and attentive. While we were waiting for my martini, up, with blue cheese stuffed olives, her manager came up and asked how are servicer was doing. We told him she was fine. He commented, “that’s good looks like you have a good one. We’ve been having some troubles.” She had already apologized for the long wait for my martini so I commented on that problem. He came back shortly after that with what he called a “fresh martini”. It was the worst martini I have ever seen. The glass used was a small stemless type with maybe a total volume of 1 oz. Also only one small olive and about a tablespoon of crushed ice. The drink was so watered down and so poorly made I refused it and sent it back. I didn’t order anything else to drink. The cesar salad was tasteless. My wife’s salad was wonderful she told me. Her fillet and my ribeye were very good. They really need to get bar tenders who are properly trained. They couldn’t keep up and were using waiters to help. Overall, the evening was very disappointing.

The food was delicious and the quantity was good, our server was very nice and helpful. We live out of town and try to make it to the Copper Cellar as often as possible.

The atmosphere was lovely and as you can see by my high ratings, I could not find many things wrong other than a couple of items that I expected with the level of service they provide like putting our food in the box instead of just bringing us empty to go boxes. The menu was outstanding. The oysters were exactly as expected, and all of the dishes exceeded our expectations.

One of the prime ribs was overcooked. The fish was undercooked. The fried mozzarella sticks came out cold or medium warm. Bar service was slow. our waiter corrected all the rooms, but still proved from the kitchen was not correct.

Good Evening! I’m only sharing this here because I know the public can’t see it and want no negative attention brought to you publicly. Please share with ownership/management. We so enjoyed our visit and will be back. Our server was outstanding and our food delicious. Best mussels we have ever ate!! Our only suggestion is to PLEASE change your music. While dining in your amazing atmosphere and eating Italian food should no one have to listen to AC/DC, Prince, Bon Jovi, etc. Though we appreciate all of those artists and listen to them regularly, they just simply don’t match your atmosphere. Thank you so much and have a blessed evening.
