Petty. My wife ordered the Churrasco steak and it was so tough she could not eat it. The manager offered something else but as I was partway through my meal and she didn’t want to wait so the manager said she would remove it from our bill. When the bill arrived THEY CHARGED HER $18 FOR THE VEGETABLES! After begrudgingly paying the bill we happened by the manager on our way out and my wife mentioned how petty it was to charge us for the vegetables and the manager said if it is that important to you I can remove the vegetable charge. That was not the point. Our whole experience was ruined and they added insult to injury. We have been going to other Hawk’s for years but they are now off our list.

Cooper's Hawk is one of our new favorite local spots, but this visit was not outstanding. We were seated in the bar area for the first time and the server was clearly overwhelmed. To the restaurant's credit, she was supported by other team members, but it still wasn't enough help and service was slow. We also didn't enjoy the atmosphere of the bar area and will only sit in the main dining area in the future. Finally, this was the first time we ordered the pork chop and it was exceedingly dry. All that being said, it was also the first time we ordered the lettuce wraps and Betty's potatoes and they both were great! We will definitely return because I suspect this experience was an anomaly.

Noise in restaurant is horribly loud and annoying. To talk to someone, you needed to scream. Not enjoyable. Service was horrible. Took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine and bread on table. Dinner took 75 minutes to get. By the time the food came we all had a headache from the noisy restaurant. The need to insulate the ceiling and walls. Very disappointed. We will not be returning to the Wellington, FL restaurant. Other cooper hawk restaurants were never a problem.

Food was delicious! Service was great. It was very busy so took awhile to get served, however, our server sent us a flathead appetizer on the house for the wait. That's good customer service IMO!! Atmosphere felt alittle chaotic and noisy, but overall, we enjoyed it very much!
