    Always have GREAT service, food is great was so happy the waiter reminded me to use my membership card! The time before I completely forgot I was even able to do wine tasting after dinner as it was not extremely busy!

    Poor experience. Ordered 8 oz steak wth broccoli. Did not get broccoli. Ordered coffee. Waiter did not ask/bring creamer or sweetner. Ordered chocolate cake but was served 4 pcs instead of two. Why? Miscommunication? Cost ~140/- lunch for two including tip. Waiter David C seemed rushed. Did not listen to customer properly. Said they were short handed. That Doesnt matter. Expensive lunch/Poor service/Food fair. About next question about recommending the restaurent. That was a friend I brought to lunch !!!

    Chopped wedge salad was watery.There was also a piece of lettuce core in it. Seafood bisque excellent and served piping hot. Daughter loved her salmon. Subbed asparagus for the potatoes with no problem.

    I had shrimp and scallop risotto the shrimp was great. Scallops were small and over cooked. I just enjoyed the shrimp and skipped the scallops. My husband enjoyed his grouper. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. Noted it in the reservation. No acknowledgement at the table. Told the hostess she inquired as to where we were sitting. She wanted to find out who the waitress was so it wouldn't happen again. Guess because we were leaving she didn't rectify our situation.

    The meal was great. The service was excellent and the server was attentive. The atmosphere was casual but also gave the impression of “fine dining”. I would recommend this restaurant to friends.

    A group of six of us went to Cooper's Hawk for the first time for my husband's birthday. The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly; however, the experience was ultimately disappointing as, when our food finally arrived 90 minutes later, mine was cold. This is the first time I have ever sent food back at a restaurant. It was about a half hour later when I finally received my dinner, pretty much after everyone had already finished eating.

    Overall the food was pretty good and the service was as to be expected. One disappointment was the price of cocktails. A single shot captain and Coke was $12 and a margarita with rail tequila was $16. That’s a bit steep for a chain restaurant in Brookfield, WI.

    We had a wonderful time. From our experience at the bar for happy hour, to our dinner in a cozy booth for my husband and I, it was just great. We had 2 mishaps with our food but the server and manager Rachel were on top of it immediately. The Cooper’s hawk wine and tuna appetizer were to die for. We cannot wait to go back for the yummy food and outstanding service. Thank you!

    This will be the last time we dine there. Years ago it was more frequent, but the wine hyp wore off, and the reality of the place was not so favorable. The noise in the place is terrible, at least from our opinion. Conversation is difficult. If you’re older with hearing issues, forget it or, be prepare to readjust. I did notice acoustical panels installed on the ceilings, so an attempt was made to improve. The food is described very well in the menu, but the last two visits were the same, having a plate with a puddle of oil and sauce remaining on the plate. The famous potatoes were so salty, they were not edible. The service was prompt, and well executed between the orders taken and food delivery by others. A little too fast, as we were out to enjoy dinner. This was simply not a fine dinning night out, it was more of a fast turn of tables. In making a reservation with a special request to be seated on the opposite side of the dinning room from the kitchen, server and high traffic, we were escorted to a small both right next to the kitchen. I politely asked for the table I requested, and was asked to stand and wait. This may all sound critical, but I’m being truthful and honest. For fine dining, we will go elsewhere, and leave this place to kids. Oh, and we were surprised that we were told to tip based on the total amount before discounts and award points. I tipped better than normal in any case, but the experience was not forgotten.

    The food was outstanding. Our server Sam was delightful. She was prompt and helpful we enjoyed our dining experience. Also the two managers on duty, Rebecca and Kelly both stopped by our table to make sure we were having a pleasant experience. We stopped in the bar first and all the bartenders were engaging and creating a fun lively bar. Can't wait to go back!

    We had a delightful meal & birthday celebration at Cooper’s Hawk…as always, a solid dining experience! Our server, Annalise, was perfectly attentive & helpful, and our meals were delicious! Every time I dine here, I try something different, and every time, I find a new favorite. When in doubt, Cooper’s Hawk is where it’s at!!!

    Main course was good but Key Lime pie was very disappointing. Our table was ready pretty much on time and the service was decent although they mixed up a couple orders.

    My friend shared the Roasted Vegetable Flatbread, Meat Balls and Napa Salad w/Chicken. As usual, it was really good, as was the Vinter's Reserve wine. Plus, we had a wonderful server.

    I had the corned beef and cabbage dinner on March 17th. The corned beef was cooked to perfection. The cabbage should have been cooked a bit longer because it was difficult to cut and therefore crunchy when eating. The other 2 sides, mashed potatoes and carrots were cooked very well. I would order this dinner again Our server was attentive and personable and made our night out very pleasant. I would (and have) highly recommend Cooper's Hawk to anyone who loves good food. I will definitely return.
