    The young lady that sat us was very personable. I forget her name but think it started with a Tas??? and she (African American) and was there at 12:30 on Monday, March 27th.. our waitress was Chi and she was AMAZING!!!! We come there all the time but she recommended some great desserts at the end of our meal.. we missed Chris our other waiter that we ask for each time we come there… see you next time..

    I prefer a quiet experience when dining. If any music is to be played it should be gentle almost subliminal. The sound of the other dinners should be dampened. I don’t want to hear the roar of their conversations. I know it is the current trend of restaurants and bars across the country to use tile floors and no carpeting because surveys convince them that the noisier the bar or restaurant, the more they think people will believe it is a fun happening place. It is not! Service was very slow. It took two hours to get our entree. Also, waiters should be unobtrusive. They are their to take our orders and serve, not to engage in superfluous conversation. Coopers Hawk is caught between an attempt at sophistication and youthful hip. They fail on both accounts. They are way overpriced for the ambience and menu selections.

    The overall experience, ambiance, service were fine. As a wine club member for the last 3 years I’ve seen a change in the quality of the main entrees. appetizers are still good but I’ve been really disappointed in the last entrees I’ve ordered. Last night the grouper was tasteless and almost seemed undercooked. The short ribs were skimpy, not a lot of meat in the dish. The cream potatoes were not good at all. Too much cream and not enough potatoes.

    Coopers Hawk Winery and Restaurant has become a favorite place to go. First, if you are a lover of wines, you should visit the wine tasting room and try one of the many delicious wines. It doesn't matter if you like sweets or dry they will have something to your liking. I am lover of sweet wine and purchased two bottles of chocolate almond wine. My friends purchased some of the dry whites and we all are impressed. After the wine tasting, we went up to the restaurant for lunch. I ordered the filet mignon well done and let me tell you, I devoured the entire steak. The mash potatoes were simply delicious along with the perfectly cooked broccoli. One of my friends had a medium rare cooked filet mignon cooked to perfection and she loved it. My other friend had the delicious and tender pork chops. We enjoyed another bottle of wine at the table and you are allowed to try other wines while dining. Afterwards, I ordered a piece of chocolate cake and will enjoy it along with the chocolate wine. I encourage you and family to visit as they have something for everyone.

    The food was great, and our server was very kind. They have a nice gluten free menu was options as well. We sat on the patio and it was LOUD, even for a Saturday night. Just something to be aware of if you were looking for a quiet date night.

    Everything was very good , food , service , and accomodations for our party . The only exception was the loud party next to our tables . Otherwise our experience was very good .

    Started with a Wine Tasting our pourer Rachel was amazing. Went upstairs for dinner the sashimi appetizer and steak dinner were both delicious. Our waitress Taylor was also amazing. We love the the Annapolis Coopers Hawk!!!! The Manager Matt always goes out of his way to make us feel special.

    We were there to celebrate a friend’s 55th birthday and our waitress, Alyssa was amazing. She was attentive and super accommodating. We ask tons of questions and made all kinds of special requests to our meals and she made everything perfect. Would definitely go back just to look for her again. Food and ambiance was also good too. I’ve been there before but this time was extra special. I never knew we could sample wines there. It was never offered to use before. Thank you Alyssa for the superior service, plus your super friendly and beautiful smile made our experience even more special.

    We participate in the Wine of the Month club. Really enjoyed this month's choice. Couple little hiccups during our time there, but nothing that made our experience less than. Food is always fantastic! Looking forward to next month.

    Always enjoy this awesome restaurant in Annapolis. Service is amazing. They can't do enough for you! Food always comes out piping hot and full of flavor. Everyone is super friendly and wants to make your experience as special as possible. I have sat in the restaurant, bar & outside seating and the service is always the same-outstanding.

    Staff were great and very attentive. Had a slight issue with my meal, server and manager were very helpful and accommodating to my request. Also, both were professional and friendly. We all enjoyed our meals. Highly recommended.

    We were one of the first tables seated for lunch so we gave some leeway as the place was just opening. And yet, things just didn't click with the server and the kitchen. Our bread, starter and entrees all arrived at the same time which was annoying since there were only 3 other occupied tables. So much for a fun, relaxing lunch. The long wait for the bread was rewarded oddly with cold bread. We dared not complain after it took so long to get. The pretzel coated pork chop was just okay but they used to do a bourbon glazed pork chop that was excellent. The change didn't work for us. The egg roll starter was nice. This was the first time our food and experience was subpar.

    The good—excellent food, wine and service. The bad—Had a reservation but was seated 15 minutes late. The noise level was bad—couldn’t hold a conversation without raising my voice. What I’d change—We waited outside due to being seated later than the reservation. There was outside seating and a fire pit but unfortunately it wasn’t being used. It would’ve been nice to have sat by a fire while we waited.

    This was my third time going to the restaurant. Each of my visits I have tried different dishes and everything I have eaten was delicious. They have a great selection of wines and offer tastings. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the servers are great. I would recommend Coopers Hawk over and over again.

    Cooper's Hawk is one of my favorite restaurants. The music is always good which heightens the experience. The crab and lobster bisque is delicious. I order it every time I visit. At this visit I ordered The Prime and the S'mores Budino, which were both very good. Service at Cooper's Hawk can be hit or miss. The wait staff is attentive but not always organized. The host table is usually warm and welcoming. Overall, I enjoy the Cooper's Hawk experience.

    Our server was fantastic….she did a great job of allowing us to take our time yet. She was attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious!! Our only complaint was the location of our table…one of the chairs was off of the carpet and into the walkway…the server helped us move the table so that we weren’t in the walkway as much but it was still a bit uncomfortable. We will definitely be back again!

    We have liked Cooper's Hawk since our first visit when it opened and the food continues to impress us. The wine selection is nice and we appreciate the monthly wine selection. The venue is quite loud and it is difficult to have a conversation. While the food overall is excellent, the key lime pie desert left a lot to be desired with far to little key lime and far too much gram cracker crust and whipped cream.

    Kids allowed to run around tables screaming kinda put a damper on the meal at the beginning. Not the restaurant’s fault just the fault of inconsiderate parents not teaching their children how to behave in a restaurant. We were kinda Annexed off in what seemed to be like a ‘party’ room next to the main dining area. I would have preferred we be in the main dining area it may have been a less chaotic experience. Little bugs flying around we needed to shoe away from our food. Those were the negatives. Food was good but I was left wondering why there were the several large gnat type bugs flying around my meal at all times. $340 for six people. Two appetizers, two desserts, two truffles, six entrees, three alcoholic beverages, and three non alcoholic beverages. Server was a ok no problems there at all she did a super job. Idk if I will be back for awhile. I want a little less chaotic atmosphere when spending that much $$.

    My corned beef was very tender and delicious, but the carrots and cabbage were not. The carrots were hard as a rock,one they weren't even cooked. The cabbage was a little better, but not fully cooked as well, very disappointing for my St Patrick's Day dinner.
