Set within the grounds of the Barossa's celebrated luxury lodge, The Louise, Contour presents a cool and sophisticated bar with a view. It's the place to watch the sun go down over this special wine valley, cocktail in hand and burger at the ready.

The classics inspired menu offers a premium quality spin on easy, comfort food like steaks, salads, burgers and fries, and is designed to be mouth-watering and moreish. Wines by the glass, local beers and ciders and classic cocktails make a winning combination. Contour is open over the weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 5pm.

Alas really wanted to like the place. Ordered the ‘feed me’ menu. On us I guess in that it was far too much The 3 starters were decent; cauliflower, fish tacos and croquettes. The mains were beef cheek and mash which wasn’t great, and a cabbage based salad which seemed really incompatible with the beef. They also added in a side of roasted style potatoes which were also a bit bland. We did not bother with dessert after at best eating a third of the mains. Again on us that there was too much but there was zero cohesion to the dishes. We were charged the full amount despite not eating dessert. Would have been a nice touch for the server to offer to adjust the bill. Expected more.

We had the “we can’t decide” menu and there was so much amazingly delicious food! It was a very memorable dinner. It would be even better if they had flood lights out on the field for us too see the vineyard at night.

Came here for a little birthday celebration with my partner and in-laws on the weekend. Fantastic service from Gus, and delicious, generous food for the price and quality. Definitely recommend for dinner in the Barossa.

My wife and I enjoyed the feed me option and the food was great along with the service. We enjoyed the view from inside as it was quite windy but outside would be lovely in the right conditions. We would definitely recommend Contour as a place to go when visiting the Barossa

Was a perfect night for my partner and me, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Compliments to the chef for amazing food cooked perfectly. Atmosphere was very relaxing and chill.

Celebrated NYE dinner with friends & couldn’t have chosen a better place. Food was delicious & with 2 of my friends with dietary needs, the staff were brilliant. View was amazing. As locals we are lucky to have this restaurant on our doorstep. Totally recommend & we will be back. 😊👍🥂🍺
