   I had the lamb shank, it seemed to be missing something absolutely no flavor at all. The cheesy risotto was cooked nicely. I will never order again. My bf had the salmon which tasted only of lemon. It was cooked perfectly but lost all its good natural flavor when it was drowned in lemon.

   We wanted to order a bottle of white wine but the server said it would take 20 min to chill. Never heard of this before. Used to just put the bottle in a bucket. They probably lost about $60 in revenue

   Food was delicious, absolutely great. Drinks were a little too on the strong side, the Irish coffee was about just straight up whiskey, and had very little coffee flavor to it. Food was presented in a great fashion, priced appropriately, and portions were not too small. Overall wonderful experience with only 1 point of correction needed

    Fairly good overall. The oysters were an amazing value. Drinks were on the stronger side and Lamb Shank was very filling. Friends had FrIed Chicken Sandwich which was ok but very expensive.

    So happy we booked here! The vibe was super cool and somewhat retro. Very clean. Awesome menu with variety and traditional southern seafood. Our server Jessie was so kind and helpful. The food came out hot, fresh and fast! The happy hour options from 4-7 were great. I highly recommend Common Restaurant!

    The duck pasta was entirely too oily and had none of the garlic Parmesan flavors it claimed to have. Couldn’t even finish it. The oil was pooling in the pasta. Not good in any way, 100% take it off the menu.

    We were there for a late brunch on a Sunday and had a wonderful experience. Food and drinks were excellent. Everything very fresh and tasty. Service also excellent. Fun and vibrant vibe. We shall definitely return.

    Management has no “common” sense. Refused to seat us early for reservation then seated us 15 minutes later at the same table we asked if we could sit at early. Refused to serve us drinks at the bar because every person had to have a seat to be served a drink and there was only 1 seat. Cancelled a to go order 30 minutes after ordering it stating they were too busy for to go orders. There were empty tables in the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous “rules” which were not customer friendly.

    Favorite place! Only issue was the hostess would not seat us until all 4 were there. Husband was parking which was challenging and she would not seat us even though it would not have changed the table we were at, very difficult! We love the restaurant and reserving was great except for the experience with the hostess.

    We had a reservation for Saturday morning and were quickly seated upon arrival. The service was good and atmosphere was nice. The cornbread skillet and monte cristo biscuit were delicious. The portions are not oversized, which saves room for more coffee cocktails. ;)

    We had a great time. Only comment is that everything from drinks, appetizer to main course came out very fast. It felt rushed. Despite that, the food was very good and the ambience is upbeat and fun.

    Visited this place with a friend and took the family back the next night. The oysters Rockefeller is THE best I’ve ever had and I’ve had it all over the US. Make reservations as this place fills up fast! Great service, great food. Even my 10 and 15 year old loved it (and they’re pretty picky).

    The food was good and the waitress was great. The reception said curtly we had to wait for my husband to park. I agree if it is a waitlist but with a reservation, you should not have to stand there while others are seated. “Those are the rules”.
