Service and food was very good. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We were served by Roxy and Toukeer who were both really pleasant. Roxy especially went the extra mile all night. We asked for a liqueur coffee that wasn't on the menu but she said she would see what she could do and she absolutely smashed it, well done Roxy 👏 We have met Roxy many times during our stays and we are always glad to see her. She always has a smile for everyone and makes people feel comfortable. She is a huge asset to your establishment and hopefully she will continue to be a part of Clippers restaurant and bar. Every restaurant/hotel needs a "Roxy". Thank you for a wonderful night. Elaine and John Smith
