    Chimney Park is the best fine dining experience in Northern Colorado. The food is fantastic, the service is on point and the attention to detail make this an incredible experience. I would recommend the Chef's Tasting Menu with the Wine Pairing. Great food perfectly paired for interesting and unique wines.

    We either came on an off night or this restaurant has changed from previous visits. It's billed as a fine dining venue, but the food prep was anything but. Steak cuts are cheap, all were overcooked, we requested medium rare, all came out medium well. We didn't have time to sit for a re-cook. Steaks also lack flavor, so they just through a sauce on them to accommodate. Wine was good, and service was excellent.

    GREAT GREAT FOOD!!! I had the Sea scallops... Boy were they good. My wife had the Duck, excellent as well. All the staff were excellent and very friendly.

    Planning for a trip, I learned via Open Table that Chimney Park is consistently reviewed as the best restaurant in NoCo. I agree. Both dining options were clearly explained (Ala Carte or 5 course Chef's tasting menu). I selected a wine from 20 offerings by the glass; it was delicious. I ordered a number of dishes recommended by the bartender. All courses were great; my favorite was the ricotta cheese gnudi. My main course was locally raised duck breast and it was fantastic. Chris, the Sommelier, recommended a Pinot Noir, however, after informing him I prefer white wines, he poured me a Chardonnay that paired perfectly with the duck. The ambiance of Chimney Park is warm and friendly with comfortable and casual bar seating with bar height chairs. I noticed traditional style seating in the more formal dining areas which I hope to experience soon. I was greeted warmly by the host upon arrival and quicky shown my seat at the bar. I was delighted to see purse hooks under the bar; brilliant! Seated at the bar, I had a view of the kitchen doors and it was clear the staff work collaboratively to deliver the restaurant's cuisine; occasionally including kitchen staff. I enjoyed watching service staff describe courses as they were delivered to tables around me. It was clear they are passionate about each course they serve. I was so impressed with my experience, I plan on returning tomorrow.

    We had a wonderful meal. My ribeye steak was under cooked. I requested medium rare+ and it was originally prepared rare+. It was corrected very nicely and quickly.

    Lovely dining experience, and among the very best meals we have had anywhere. Service was very good, attentive without being intrusive. One minor suggestion: please collect crumbs off the table between courses. Highly recommend this unique fine dining experience in Northern Colorado.

    If you're a foodie and love exceptional food, Chimney Park will delight your palate. The atmosphere is conducive to eating out for date night, but we've also eaten there with friends. They also have an extensive wine list. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny.

    The food was outstanding, in creativity, taste, and presentation. The wine pairing was spot-on. We all chose the Chef's Tasting Menu and each course presented us with a new experience. This is the best restaurant we have found in Northern Colorado.

    Wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife! Price Fix menu was incredible with choices we both enjoyed. Fresh oysters, lobster, filet minion, uni foam. So many wonderful things making our visit extra special.

    Everything was perfect. I have never had a meal that well put together. I find myself often disappointed by a “fine” dining experience but this was it. This is fine dining. You want something that will knock your socks off, look no further, you’ve found it.

    We were delighted to find this Fine Dining experience in Northern Colorado (NOCO). What a treat! The food was outstanding and the menu options included seafood, beef, lamb, bison and vegetarian. The featured cocktails were interesting. We like to try new drinks and food we wouldn't prepare at home and Chimney Park delivered. The amuse-bouche was very tasty. We shared the crab cakes - which were delicious and thankfully, not full of bread. For the 2nd course, the lobster bisque was fantastic . It was a very light base and the flavor was spot-on. Loved that it wasn't an ultra heavy creamy base. The Caesar salad was elegantly presented and the dressing perfect. 3rd Course - The sea bass was outstanding - cooked to perfection with the vegetables well seasoned. Loved that the fish serving wasn't too big to eat in one sitting. The rack of lamb was the biggest rack of lamb we've ever had served in a restaurant. The lamb was cooked to order (medium rare) and the lentils and vegetables were well paired. Finale - the creme brulee was served at the right temperature and was a nice finish to the meal. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially Gina, our server whose approach to serving reflected her experience in fine dining. We will definitely be back to try the chef's tasting menu.

    Everything was amazing except our ribeyes came put extremely hard and charrred , we were almost sure it was not a ribeye. Last time they were amazing and melt in your mouth. This was a rare occasion and we will still continue to come back. It’s just something the restaurant should be aware of.

    Restaurant was only half full due to weather issues. Our party of four ordered wine (nice German reiseling) and three course ala-cart. First two courses were excellent. But entrée courses had issues. Two of us ordered the bison. Both servings had a thick layer of fat on one of the two strips served. The lamb was ordered medium well and came our medium rare. The waitress took the plate back to re-grill it, and it came back just right - but the waitress had removed the utensils with the original plate, leaving no utensils. I had to get up and find the server. To their credit, they gave us each a free dessert in way of compensation. Despite the mishaps, we plan to dine here again, as we know they usually provide flawless food and service.

    Typically exceptional across the board, on this night the entrees were mixed. Scallops were exceptional; ribeye was touch in areas and gristle. Wine pours were at the bare minimum. But will go back, might have just been an "off" night.

    We celebrated my dads 80th birthday and the restaurant was a perfect setting for the occasion. Good food - really some of the best I have had in Colorado - and easy to talk to each other as we enjoyed the celebrations. The staff were just right attentive and the meal was a real success!

    We were spending the evening with close family members. The ambience was lovely, but louder than expected. The service was excellent! The meal was delicious, but very pricey compared to other venues. We won’t be returning soon.

    Probably one of the most unique restaurants in the area. Not inexpensive by any means but you would be hard pressed to find a better restaurant and better food anywhere. I can't think of any negatives. There is something for everyone on the menu which I believe changes often. It is hard to believe that a restaurant of this caliber would be in Windsor.
