Ivanna was our waitress and she was OUTSTANDING! The experience I had tonight for my birthday was wonderful. Food was great and I just loved the ambiance! We will be back and definitely requesting Ms. Ivanna 🤍😀🎉

Overall a really nice place with some great choices on the menu, only downside was the food being delivered so quickly and not having ample time to savour, our server Maria was outstanding very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive throughout provided excellent recommendations

Two words: CHEF SAM! My friend and I wanted to celebrate our first friend outing so we decided to come to Ch’I. We did the 4-Course Chef Selection. Chef Sam asked us what we liked and he DELIVERED an amazing experience for us. We had Hamachi, dumplings, Waco tacos, skirt steak, Branzino, salmon and so much more. He truly gave us an experience. I personally just want him to cook my food every time I come here. His creative mind to give us meals and make a twist to it was amazing. Thank you Chef Sam. P.S. not only is chef amazing but the service here is as well. From the bartender to the server. Truly an experience.

Ch’I will forever be a staple for my business trips in Miami. My first time was also a celebration of my Birthday! Christian and Chef Giovanni made every moment memorable. The food and atmosphere are second to none!

Chi was great. We sat outside in the cabanas. Music by our table was a bit loud but didn’t really bother us. Our server was great. She was very patient and professional. Food was good. We had a variety. Firecracker shrimp, shrimp wontons, ch’i friend rice, fried chicken and one of the steaks. Everything tasted good and was presented well. Only thing I wish the food was brought out all together so we could eat together instead of one by one.

Overall the food was very tasty. No complaints about that. The only problem was they were short-staffed so it took a long time to get our food and we had to sit outside in front of the door. We were hoping to sit in the Cabanas they offer. Despite that the 1 server, 1 bartends and the Manager were the only ones taking care of about 15 tables and about 30 folks. They did it. I was expecting that they 'give up' but they did not. They were hustling and all pitching in to help each other. ALL OF THEM. Anastasia over-compinsated and made us feel better about the experience. THANK YOU!!!

First time here I came with my boyfriend. The food wasn’t all that and I’ve been to many restaurants in Miami, but what disappointment me more was the service; I won’t say my servers name but I do think overall there can be better service/etiquette there was lack of attentiveness, we constantly had to ask for things from other servers walking by. the waiter barely came to our table, never even greeted us or told us their name. Just based off of this my boyfriend and I won’t be returning unfortunately.

I called the day before to confirm I got a booth- since I chose standard seating- the man that answered said yes you have a booth for your party of 7- got there and they wanted to sit us in a high top with 2 pregnant ppl in my party and then made us wait 40+ mins for a booth

We choose Chi to celebrate my daughter's 24th birthday dinner. The restaurant is beautiful with an artsy vibe. The food was fresh, and flavorful with great presentation. Big thanks to the chef and kitchen staff. Our server, Lissette was amazing!! super attentive, sweet, and always on time with everything we needed. The experience was worth it!

Our server Stuart was incredible !!! He attended to us so effortlessly and responsively. He explained everything on the menu to us in perfect detail and recommended all the best things to try. The DJ was also fantastic. We had such a lovely time.
