We used to go to this Chevy’s when it was near Disney. This new location didn’t have the warm vibe as the other. And the food quality of the entrees was sub par. I was so disappointed because I love Chevy’s and have for years

It was cute, food selection wasn’t the best. They forgot to bring us our fruit and the fruit was no what was pictured on the menu! The mimosas were not of good value. The desert options was decent. But the food options weren’t the best. There’s so much more on the menu that wouldn’t been better. But the service was pretty decent. I wouldn’t say it was worth $34 more like $24 but I mean it was nice.

We were charged full price for drinks even though it was happy hour. Also charged full price for the kids meal even though it was Wednesday $1 kids meal. Food took a long time to get and some food items looked great while others were obviously sitting in the window waiting. Steak was over cooked. Sodas/waters not refilled.

First they got one of the orders wrong then we had to wait 40 mins to get the meal after we made a big deal and talked to the manager. The food wasn’t even good. Service was horrible. Won’t be going back.

We attended for Easter Brunch and were so pleasantly surprised. The endless mimosas were poured heartily and offered frequently. The dishes were all amazing, churro pancakes were a favorite! This was an unexpected brunch option for us but will be back. We also witnessed the manager comping a meal for a police officer grabbing a bite to eat on his break, great staff and management!

Our server was very slow and the restaurant wasn’t even that crowded. Some items were forgotten and our steak was overcooked (manager Jorge fixed it, and his service and professionalism was impeccable). Manager who sat us (didn’t get his name or our server’s name) wouldn’t take our drink order, when server came I told him the drink order but he just said he would be right back and came with chips and then took the drink order, we had already finished our chips when we got our drinks. One positive was that they accommodated my parents who have some slight mobility issues and use walking asssistance.

Service was horrible. Server never checked back after food was delivered until I ask for the check. Wanted second beer but he never came back. Also DJ was playing way too loud could talk to my wife;only hand motions. All this was sad because the food was very very good.

Table was not clean when we were seated. Restaurant was not busy but still took an hour to get an appetizer, let alone food. Other tables experienced the same. One left after getting an appetizer and waited still. Server was great. Food was ok, but two meals were missing parts, crew acted as if they weren't even part of the meal.

Let me first start off by saying this used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately this trip has put a very bad taste in our mouths. The restaurant was extremely slow and after being sat it took 20 to 25 minutes for our server to even come over and get drink orders. It then took another 15 minutes to bring us our waters back. Our waiter seemed annoyed even before he came to our table. We ordered table side Guac and it is was 2 of the smallest avocados I’ve ever seen. The server made it with way too much like so we asked for it to be remade with less lime. He then left our table and went to make it on the back. When he came back his exact words were here is your Guac with NO lime which was not what asked and still tasted terrible. We then requested our bill for what we had received and left. I hope they are able to make the needed changes to have this restaurant back to what it was when it was located by Disney springs. I will add the manager did come over and was very apologetic and offered to cover our queso and 2 happy hour House margaritas but unfortunately the damaged had already been done by our server.

Food was meh. I had the Burris taco special. It was pet dry and not enough dipping sauce. Our server didn’t seem to want to be at work that night. He didn’t crack a smile or anything. Not very attentive.

Second time we have eaten at this restaurant. Food outstanding. Drinks outstanding We had. Great time. Fairly decent service for a busy location Server wax very attentive once we got her attention. She Had many other tables and a large party . All in all she handled us well. We tipped her extra. We will return. Please Continue providing great food, cocktails and fun environment

The food was good but cold. We come here a lot and have been coming to this location since the day it opened (ironically we didnt know it was the day it opened til we sat down). But this time had horrible service. Our server had an attitude from the start. We sat in the cantina in case we wanted to do taco Tues which we ended up not doing. It wasn't busy, there was us and 3 other tables of 2 and 4 of which 2 did the tacos which were self service. We were there about an hour and a half and we were the only table in the section when we sat down. Took 15 minutes for her to show up. If this had been my first time I wouldn't go back. But I definitely wouldn't want our server again. Never saw her walking around. And the other tables complained as well on the way to the bathroom i overheard one table said she left for 20 minutes with their credit card to pay the tab. Wasn't assisting other tables. Just walked in the back.

Food was great but they were severely understaffed. My daughter didn’t get her soup until she was almost done with her meal. I asked for flour tortillas and finally got them 15 minutes later. Asked for drink refills twice. After the second request I turned on a timer, at the 9 minute mark I went to the hostess and showed her the timer. I called the manager over and asked if he could check me out. It was very disappointing, hopefully just a bad night because the food was really good. I was going to ask for the drinks & soup to be removed from my bill but my daughter was embarrassed and said she would pay that part lol.

Our experience was phenomenal from the moment we walked in to when we left. The ladies up front were super sweet, our waitress was quick, friendly and was able accommodate all of our many requests. The manager was also able to help out with a technical issue I was having with their rewards program. I'm so happy they opened one in this location since I lived in S. Florida before and also loved my go-to spot in the Times Square location before they closed it down years ago. Glad I picked this spot for my birthday.

Food was really good, and the server was super nice. However she was way too busy and it was obvious they were severely understaffed. Not sure if this was a normal thing or not, but would not go back if it was. Our server had about 10 different tables that I counted and we were waiting a lot for her to get to our table.
