Chasters' cuisine and smart casual intimate ambiance is not only an ideal option for when you are planning a romantic dinner for two, but also for celebrations, meetings and more! Come to Chasters when you just want to experience the best food, signature drinks and personalized service on the Sunshine Coast.

Choose from à la carte dining Menu - freshly made farm-fresh crisp salads, succulent seafood, fresh cut beef, lamb or seasonal fresh fish with our daily catch.

Everything is prepared from scratch using the best seasonal ingredients. Salad dressings are made with organic oils - flax, olive and sesame & apple cider vinegar - plus fresh organic herbs. We use honey in place of sugar where possible and only the finest sea salts available.

We aim to have most, if not all our ingredients from local Sunshine Coast organic and/or local British Columbia sources - all dishes are made to order!

We went to this restaurant as it had been reviewed in a newspaper. The food was very disappointing although the service was excellent. We have never had such attentive service with a constant flow of people filling up our water glass and bringing our food orders . We had the chorizo stuffed octopus? I think it was octopus . My husband had the mussels in white wine sauce. The sauce was very thin and tasteless. The mussels were very very small. The fries were good although a small serving. I had the seared tuna. It was very dry and not much flavour except for the sauce that came with it. I would not return

Chasters Restaurant is truly one of the hidden gems of the Sunshine Coast. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The food was exceptional—every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality of the fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu offers a great selection, and the attention to detail from the kitchen is evident in every course. What stood out most was the overall experience. The staff made us feel valued, the ambiance was relaxed and intimate, and the meal exceeded our expectations from start to finish. My daughter and I had a wonderful meal with great service from Lee. We had the scallop dish and the avocado crab dish for starters. Lee made sure that I got the gf bread to go with it. Our entree was the steak which was perfect. The wine recommendation was spot on. We will be back!
