Chips that came with spinach dip were stale. The she crab soup is not traditional she crab soup. My shrimp were over cooked. My husband ordered salmon medium rare and it was well. We were disappointed. There’s much better places to eat.

We were in town to celebrate my birthday (not acknowledged by the hostess, had to tell the server) and was looking forward to our meal, but things didn't start off well. They were out of the rose I wanted, and the bread was served without any butter. The shrimp cocktail was ok, too much cocktail sauce and no lemon wedges or lemon half. For my entree I ordered the prime rib medium rare, and it was served rare, they immediately took it back to sear it a little, but it was a little salty. The New York style cheesecake is always a hit. erall Our server was very accommodating and apologetic for the mishaps. Overall, we still wound up having a good evening and would return.

Absolutely delicious. The fried green tomatoes were amazing. I had the Mac Nut Mahi - out of this world! My husband had the clam chowder and prime rib and said it was very good. Marcus was our waiter and he was terrific! Great experience overall.

The front desk we were greeted with warm friendly smiles. Everyone was polite and accommodating. The food was outstanding and our server Amanda was absolutely fantastic.

Service was below standard. Appetizer arrived before our drinks. Ice completely melted in our drinks when they arrived. Trout was tasty but bites with heavy butter. Filet was under. Tasty lava cake. Overpriced no doubt.

The food and service was outstanding. The shrimp, avocado, mango stack is a must! The view from the balcony is great overlooking the river and great place to people watch.

Was our wedding anniversary! Said Happy Anniversary! Had 5:30 pm reservation. Made us wait till 5:45 pm even though we got there at 5:15 pm. Shortage of servers! AND NO SHE CRAB SOUP! Main reason we went there! Ugly view as bad as Philadelphia. Best view- Weehawken NJ - looking at NYC skyline. Also Annapolis MD. Anniversary never acknowledged- won’t be back on next visit to Savannah!

The food was good, at least my husband’s steak was. I had the Chilean sea bass and didn’t like it. We both enjoyed the desserts, key lime pie and chocolate molten lava cake with ice cream. Was the dining worth the money I don’t think so. Also, I’m waiting for the day they remodel. The carpet especially on the stairs could stand to be replaced or eliminated altogether given the foot traffic.

The host was not very welcoming, requested a table with a view when our reservation was booked and we were initially seated in a back corner, requested a table outside on the balcony by the rail, was told that couldn't happen but we could be seated outside. service was very slow, no refills of empty water glasses and we sat for at least 30 minutes waiting for our first course to be cleared.

Basically we got forgotten by our server while she kept stopping at the table next to us and then walking away. My prime rib was good but my wife's coconut shrimp was not up to the chart house standards we are accustomed to. The management needs to visit the Alexandria, Va or the Annapolis, Md location and then return to train the staff on how to treat the guest.

Fried tomatoes are a must-have! Both the food and drinks did not disappoint - we were looking for upscale Southern cuisine and this place was a 10/10. I wish I remembered our server's name (I want to say Andrew) because he was excellent as well! If you only get to have one dinner in Savannah, I suggest it be here :)

Food was very good. Server was helpful and very nice. We arrived at our reservation time but were asked to wait to allow patio server grace time even through there was only one table seated there ahead of us. I am unsure what that was about. But it was a little unusual. My mother, who was with us and is partially deaf , had trouble hearing our conversation over the pop music that was piped into the patio. It was loud and definatly deminished the otherwise lovely experience for her. She was unable to hear most of our conversation. I would absolutely return. I hope they turn it down a bit.

This is the worst restaurant of all time -Do Not go-seafood was not fresh-got a dozen oysters and one of my guests got sick from a bad oyster-prime rib was 90% fat-service was terrible-forget about prime -this meat was not even choice-thank you Landry’s!! Just go to McDonald’s-they get there ingredients from the same warehouse

We had a great meal on the patio overlooking the river front. Andrew was our waiter, he did a great job! He needed more help. The hostess and the employees bussing tables could have been more attentive and assisted the waiter. My food came with no fork and we had to get up and go to the hostess. We love Chart House food and this location is wonderful so we will return.

The server tried her best but she obviously needs training. She had a great attitude but she just didn’t do a very good job. She brought my associate water and never brought me one. When I went to get the pepper I found there were two salt shakers on the table. It seems to be a restaurant without any managers. The place also needs a deep clean.

Don’t go. So many better places to eat. Have really enjoyed Chart Houses in other cities. Was so disappointed. Food was average at best. Service was slow to non-existent. Took 2 1/2 hours and had to re-ask for several things throughout the meal.

We hosted our friends to a wonderful dinner at our favorite restaurant. We were not disappointed but enjoyed an epicurean delight. From drinks to dessert, the service was outstanding. The salmon was amazing and cooked to perfection. The sauce was a perfect complement. We will definitely keep The Chart House in Savannah as our "go to" for entertaining our friends and family.

Had an amazing dinner at Chart House for my girlfriends birthday. The food was amazing and everything prepared perfectly. Our server, Thomas, was outstanding and went the extra mile to make her birthday special. Much appreciated! Highly recommend the shrimp, avocado and mango stack, as well as the prime rib and king salmon!

Made a reservation for 7:45. We arrived at 7:40 and were told others were ahead of us so we would need to wait until closer to our reservation. Seated a little after 8- not a big deal but were never approached by a server. Around 8:30, a server who was clocking out noticed that no one had helped us. She went out of her way to get us drinks/ bread and find out what happened. She spoke with the host and manager. They finally got us a great server. A lady who I think was the manager brought us the appetizer we ordered but never acknowledged their mistake. She just blew it off. The servers saved it for us. Food was great. We never complained but probably won’t come back again when we visit our scad student.
