Had a great date night meal at Chart House. Food was impeccable and looked fabulous. Service was very good. Bartender (Logan) was awesome and super great to meet. Great date with a beautiful view over the city.

Our server San input an order incorrectly for 1 of our friends. She ordered a filet mignon well done and received a prime rib. Took a while for the kitchen to scramble to get things corrected. No items were given gratis on the check which was surprising. We have been going to the Chart House since we moved here in the 1980's and this was just a bit shocking.

Staff did not seem prepared for the restaurant week crowd on a Saturday at 5:30. Service was very slow. One of our two entrees were wrong and it took almost 15 minutes and a request to see a manager to get the issue rectified. The correct entree went cold waiting and nothing was done to fix it except the server took it to the back and came right back out with the same plate! At that point we were hungry and did not want to wait to eat. Dessert took a very long time to come out after we were finished with dinner and the manager had to bring it out. The box and check took another lengthy time to be brought to us. We had enjoyed the west coast location many times and now live 10 minutes from this Golden location. I doubt we will be coming back. Very disappointing.

The wedge salad was excellent and lava cake was very good. The meat medallions were tough. The crab stuffed shrimp were cold. The vegetable medley was horrible. The waiter never came back to fill water until we were able to flag him down. Never came by to ask how everything was.

Our experience was just ok compared to comparable restaurants. The beef medallions were over cooked and tough to eat, the chocolate Crème brûlée was not crunchy on top and parking was difficult to find. The clam chowder was delicious and the stuffed shrimp was a tiny bit over cooked. Overall, not super impressed. Eddie Merlots was much better.

Joined Chart House for restaurant week 2023. Ambiance and food were very good. Server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Was disappointed they have no oysters on their menu but will have to go back during daylight hours for the view that it appears we missed.

We made a reservation for 545p, we had to wait 15 or so …probably because of staff shortage. Sat at the bar had a glass of wine. That was great Service was slow at the table. Green beans were way over cooked, had the salmon. Wait staff was heavy to sell the Landry‘s $25 membership.

Food was delicious and my husband was thrilled to see that the salad bar was back. Although I felt the $27 price without an entrée was extreme.. Everything was delicious otherwise and the service was impeccable even though they were quite busy early in the evening on a Saturday. The view was wonderful and ambience as well

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday and my friends anniversary. We got sat by ourselves away from the view and we’re told that the tables around us would fill up, they never did. Service was slow, when a member of our party had to send back his over done steak they took so long that he had to take it to go. After he asked for the rest of his food “to go” the waitress took his plate 5 minutes later walks back with it still in her hands to fill waters and then 15 minutes later returns it boxed, and still forgot to box his dessert that he had to wait an additional 20 minutes for. The only good part of the night was the drinks and even that was served incorrectly. Terrible service, mediocre food at best.

Husband's steak cooked uneven. Service was slow and should not have been. Waited too long between apps and main course and then way too long for desert. Desert should be very hot(lava cake) warm at best.

We have been going to this Chart House for years, but unfortunately the food is not as good. My crab cake was ok, but the bed of lettuce it was on tasted gritty. My family somewhat enjoyed their blackened Mahi Mahi and salmon, but said the flavor wasn't very blackened-like. And finally, the portions were pathetically small. The only redeeming feature was the ambiance!

This was our first time to the Chart House. The food was delicious. Cooked perfectly! Our server San was great! They had to cover extra tables due to someone not making it to work but everyone did a great job. It’s a great place for special occasions as it’s a little pricey. A wonderful first experience though!

Great Valentines Day dinner. Some restaurants set up special occasion dinners and they aren't very good. You can tell they're cooking a zillion of the same thing and they just aren't up to par. The Chart House, on the other hand, was excellent. The service was solid, the food truly delicious, the wine recommendation was fine. Everything about the evening was lovely. Strongly recommended.

It was a bustling night at the Chart House, great energy. We have good service, a little slow, but they did a good job working as a team to meet guests needs. Food was delicious. One of the guests salmon was a bit over cooked, but mine was perfect and loved the flavors. I love the fact that the Chart House offers great consistency and you can count on having a delightful evening.
