Service, food, and atmosphere is all amazing! We ordered oysters and can say they’re the best oysters we’ve ever had! We also got the white truffle pasta and it was delicious. Overall, 10/10 experience! Can’t wait to go back. One of our favorite restaurants.

We had a wonderful evening at Casa Pernoi. Our waiter, John, was terrific! He made the evening very enjoyable. He offered suggestions and was spot on! We had the octopus appetizer and the Greek salad - both fabulous! My husband had the Caco di peppe pasta and was concerned about no protein and they added delicious Italian sausage. We can’t wait to return!

Food was okay. We ordered steaks to share and the rub was VERY salty. Pastas kind of had a hard texture. Brussel sprouts and mushrooms had no taste. Not sure if this was just a bad day for the restaurant or what. Our server was nice but needs to learn etiquette. Not sure if I would like to come back here even though the restaurant has a nice ambiance..

Our waitress was very snobby to us, almost looking down on me for asking questions about the bottle of wine I ordered. The starter plates were better than the entree in my opinion.

Food was excellent. If you have a choice, try not to get seated in the area with screen view. The other areas seem to have more energy and better ambiance. Was a little disappointed to see 3% surcharge on bill for using credit card. Im guessing 99% pay this way . Just seemed like a cash grab. Otherwise was a good experience.

The selections are well-described. The antipasti and the pasta entrees are surprisingly generous. The seafood is very well-prepared, and the steaks are beyond expectations. The specialty cocktails are also very well prepared and presented. Definitely worth the price.

The food was pretty good, but not better than most other Italian restaurants. The waiter was good and the place was nice. I think the hostess staff seemed rude and egotistical. The food was a bit too expensive, but probably due to it being in Birmingham. I wouldn't actually recommend the place to friends, but it was OK.

Our experience at Casa Pernoi was incredible! It came as a recommendation when my wife asked for Italian to celebrate her birthday. Jeremy was an outstanding and knowledgeable server, guiding us towards the Rabbit Ragu, Bolognese and probably the best Burrata we have ever had!

Great food with a nice semi-private outdoor seating and some very unique food options. I had the Rabbit Ragu and others at my table had the shrimp and meatballs. We shared an antipasti sampler that was good, but didn't seem to have quite the variety that it had when I visited last year.

I walked in with a group of 4 of us. The hostess told me the table was ready and started to walk outside. So o asked for a table inside and she said there was none. I told her when I reserved on open table the outdoor seating was fullly booked and the reservation was for inside so how is that possible. She told me if I wanted to wait it would take and hour to and hour and half for a table, then started talking to another in a foreign language with and attitude and starting then said “give me 5 mins a table opened up”. We are here all the time with friends and always have great experiences normally, but this one ruined it for me, we won’t be coming back for a long time.

Our server James was great. I was told they have the best pasta and I just thought all 3 I tried were okay. Bread basket and butter were delicious. Caesar salad was just okay. Octopus was not my fave. Meatballs were cooked well but nothing special. The sausage & peppers were okay. Spicy Marg, Cappuccino & hazelnut dessert were great!
