We always used to enjoy Casa Mia, but not this time. It was overcrowded and extremely noisy. The food was not as good as it has been in the past. I had a crab cake and it has a fishy flavor. But, the worst part was the service. Our waiter served us risotto instead of roasted potatoes. When we told him he looked at what he had written down and agreed, and we thought that he would bring us the potatoes. Wishful thinking! No potatoes. We asked him for refills on our drinks when he brought the food. We didn't get those until after they had taken our plates away. I hope that they can improve but it will be a while before we eat there again.

We had a new waitress. I believe her name was jannie. She was so sweet and her service was absolutely outstanding! Only problem we had was the noise level. Food is always excellent.

I took my good friend out for a Birthday lunch. Initially the server we had was a bit of a disappointment. He was great at first. But made two mistakes. Didn’t say anything about the first. The second I explained that it was the wrong drink. He looked at me with disgust (like I was completely wrong) and had a bad attitude. I did not want my friend’s birthday lunch to be ruined. So, I spoke with a manager and requested a new server. She was great! Very apologetic and immediately gave us a new server, who was fantastic! The food was superb. Very large portions, which made it a great value. Highly recommend! Will definitely go back!

Very good experience for our first time visit. Table was ready when we arrived. Immediate attention from the waitress. Quick to receive drinks and also to receive our meals. On the noisy side as the place was crowded. Very good food at acceptable prices. Only negative was the fact that our baked potatoes were only warm. Will definitely visit again. They have really good prices on weeknight specials.

Since this is a review of the whole restaurant, the parking is atrocious, but once you get in the service, the food, and the whole overall experience from being seated to paying the bill was outstanding, and again the food is worth every penny you pay for it.

We visited on a busy night. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation and didn’t get drinks for at least 20 more minutes. It was so noisy we could barely hear the others at our table of 4. Server did her best but there were too many people for the staff. Parking virtually impossible.

This is the 2nd time my OpenTable reservation was not honored. If they are full due to trivia night, they should be sure that is reflected on OpenTable. We were able to seat some of our party at the bar, but obviously would have gone elsewhere had we known. DO NOT USE OPENTABLE to reserve for this restaurant!

Went on a Wednesday for their Steak Night Special. This Wednesday it was a NY Strip steak as the special. All 4 of us ordered the special. All 4 of us ordered our steaks medium. 3 of us received well done and 1 received medium. We didn’t say anything because they were really busy. Whenever we have ordered NY Strip on nights when it’s not the special we have always gotten the steak cooked perfect, which is why we go back. I think we’ll skip the Wednesday special and order our NY Strip on any other day of the week.

Never disappointed. Stopped in for dinner because I was too tired to cook. We each had the NY strip steak and it was perfect. Good quality steaks, cooked to perfection. Allison was our waitress and provided just the right amount of attention. We didn’t want for anything and never felt bothered by too much attention. This is our go to restaurant in the Hereford Zone!

We were seated outside by choice. Had the dinner special which was steak chef’s choice. We dined on T-Bone steaks which were tender, juicy and cooked as we asked. The server was attentive and very pleasant. We definitely need to eat here again.

We came very early on a Thursday (11 a.m.). There was no one there when we arrived, then only a few patrons in the bar area. Consider there was no crowd, service was not as good as we expected. I'd think the server would have been a little more attentive. The food was awesome! This was my first time here. I noticed the room in the back would hold about 45- 50? Is that right? I'd like to speak with someone regarding booking for a large group for lunch in the future.

Sat in the back room, as the front had live music and a bit loud for us. Crab cakes were absolutely wonderful. Always come here when I visit for the crab cakes. They never disappoint. Our server was very good, even though it was busy…..no complaints whatsoever with her. Great local place for people in this part of Baltimore county. You must try it, “hon” 😊

My crab cake was exceptional! My husband’s steak, requested medium was served well, well done. Our waitress, Kim, was fantastic, attentive but not intrusive. It was a Friday night crowd, bar was packed and they had live music - it was good but really loud. We don’t go to Casa Mia for the ambience. The location is close and the food is good.

As always, our food was delicious and service was great. We had about a 40 minute wait for our food but we were told that before we were seated so we were fine with it, we ordered drinks and appetizers and enjoyed our evening. Arrived early for our reservations and were seated promptly. Service was very attentive, food was excellent. 8 oz crab cake was full of lump meat and not overly seasoned. Sides of sautéed garlic and red skinned mashed potatoes were so good I could have just eaten those. T bone steak was cooked perfectly and the baked potato was huge! Hot food was served hot. Even the unsweetened tea was great, and often restaurants fail there. Once our server saw we were thirsty she brought two fresh carafes to the table. For the price we were very satisfied.

Waiter was a smart a__ messed up drinks then brought 5 salads needed 6 and food came out as soon as salads where served and before the last salad came out we go there 5-6 times a year but it will be a long time before we go back .

We love Casa Mia. It did take an hour and a half to get entrees, but the waitress stayed on top of drinks and checking in. One entree the meat was over cooked but others were great and the weekend special was excellent. This is not a regular thing as we come about once a month. This delay will not stop us from coming. One of our favorites!
