   I had a reservation and it was not honored. When I arrived, there were two different DJs playing different music in an open space, no space to seat. I approached a waiter to ask about a reservation and he said they couldn’t honor it. Wanted to have a bite and nice drinks with friends and had to leave 5 minutes after I arrived. I understand it was Miami Music Week but that should have been communicated prior to us arriving or even making a reservation. It was my first time in Casa Florida and I probably will not be back

   Went there for Sunday brunch. There's no parking. It was empty and manager wanted us to sit on a small Cafe style table saying they are waiting for a party of 4 (we were 2). No one ever showed up the entire time we were there. You couldn't put 5 items on the table without it falling off. The worst part was the food quality and price. I ordered a tortilla w Tuna thinking it was going to be a plate size at least and it was the size of a street taco tortilla. $18! What a rip off. Ofcourse, 3 bites later, I was still hungry so I ordered the tiniest, sogiest empanadas, 2 for $10. My boyfriend had locks w a bagel. Dry and they didn't toast it. $16! The jarra de sangria: good flavor, the pitcher is full of ice and the glasses were also full of ice for 50 bucks. So $119 later we got a toddler size tortilla, chewy empanadas, dry bagel w salmon & capers and a watery sangria. The music and place was art deco and very cool. The waitress was very nice & pleasant. For the price that we paid, we could have gone to Roasters & Toasters and really enjoyed our meal for half of that and for the record, we're always trying new places and money isnt an issue, fortunately. Needless to say I would not recommend this place and we'll never be back.

   I believe they were short of staff. The waiter came to ask if we were ready and we said yea and she left. Never came back to get our order. My daughter had to physically touch the other table’s server and she was amazing. She apologized and gave us the best service. Good for her. But overall I don’t think I’m going back there. The place is starting to show run down spots. Needs paint and new tables and clean the pink decor all the top covers are dirty and faded. . The bus was not pretty anymore. It needs TLC. An amazing space but needs better maintenance. Food was delicious and the manager tried his best. He gave us free Prosecco to apologize. Nice people.

   I had a nice time… the atmosphere was lovely and the aesthetics was beautiful… the food was way too salty … I had the Pink Benedict and I did not like it … Food portion and quality not so good. But it’s expected when the restaurants are embellished

    So Casa Florida was quite empty on a weekday. I had come last year I guess on a Friday or weekend night and it was packed so it was interesting to see it with maybe 10 other guests there. With all that said drinks were great, find relaxed corners to hang and catch up with friends was perfect ( including in the bus). Still in my rotation of charming bars in Miami when I visit.

    We booked our NYE Dinner at casa florida . What I love: The price 100$pp and this is a great price for Miami prices. The restaurant itself is so cozy and cute. The music with a dj, thought if you are Latino they did not play any regaeton or salsa ... I like it! I really love the mushroom empanadas.. that was the highlight from the pre-fixed NYE menu I appreciate the glass of "champagne" included in the pre-fixed menu The cocktails from the bar ... The moscu mule ..margaritas and prosecco were on top! My dislikes Our reservation was at 10:30 pm with the warning of may be a slow and delayed service, we got our server taking the orders and it was mid night NYE and we did not get our main dish ... Past mid night we had the main course and it looks like they cut one portion in halves to make it for everyone, our server let us know that they don't have any more deserts options, only the flan :/ the entire experience with the menu feels like we had the leftovers from the party :/ At the end we had okay food..music ... A table for all my family and good drinks, I did not had to worry for clean up, organize, shopping, cooking, serving everyone, decorate or any all the work.

    It was an amazing and lovely NYE hosted by the Casa Florida team. We were a group of 14 and they were very patient, welcoming and attentive to any details. The nightlight of the night was Marco (our server) and Alejandro who leads this wonderful team. Congrats to the great job they all do and kudos to the chef, the food was amazing and worth every penny! Thanks again.

    We decided to have our Christmas Party for staff here, and it was amazing. The waiter and waitress that say were nothing but amazing and kind human beings. Definitely going back again. Only thing would be the music but really other than that the place was AMAZING!

    Ambiance is good. very beautiful location. Only complaint is the staff to customers ratio! We were sitting there for almost 45 minutes with no menu, no water, no one came to see us. We had a reservation with number of people attending so should’ve been taken into account when staffing for the day. Sat at the back right next to the speakers so conversation was hard!

    I went for early lunch, my family and kids especially loved this place. Cute and different. My children enjoyed a game of ping pong and exploring and playing pretend on the bus and whole area. Definitely recommend.

    Saturday brunch and make it pink! We loved the decor and many content corners 💕 Even my 6yo enjoyed walking around. The food is good but a limited menu. Our group had the Mimosa special and our server was very attentive on when we needed refills. There was a pop up shop event happening and all the vendors were incredible.

    We went to Casa Florida since they announced an 80’s disco event sounded like fun. To start the music was New Disco not at all like the real music of the 80’s. Ours was the largest group there, we asked the manager to please have the DJ switch the music for just a bit, but they said no way.. our server loved the music just the way it was and raved about it. The beat was exactly the same all night, pretty boring. Luckily our group is fun and we invented games at the table to keep us smiling. Their menu is very limited, we asked for the empanadas which sold as 3 but they only serve 2 and they’re tiny, (claiming the menu need’s updating),.. The drinks were not great and a 23% service charge was added so one guest ordered a watered down drink for $15 ended up paying $25 between s/c +taxes. The check was a disaster, killed the bit of fun we had. The server said there was no splitting allowed. The end was definitely the cherry on top took almost 45mins to figure how much each had to pay. On the positive (?) side - The ambiance is beautiful, as was the lighting, however we all agreed that this place will not be on our list of places to return to.. sadly enough, because it does have lots of potential..

    They had a DJ playing music which made the vibe fun. We went in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy but it was still a great experience. They had fans for those sitting outside to help with the heat. The atmosphere and decor were so fun and pink. Food was delish and the cocktails were so nice and Florida themed :)

    Food and drink was good. Waitress was not great. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Like she brought us our drinks and turned around without asking our food order. I said would like to order as she was halfway across the restaurant. And the place wasn’t even busy. Also there was screaming girls at the pool next to us.

    Casa Florida is a quaint unique place in Miami. Went with my girlfriends on a Saturday night. Two of us ordered a coconut mojito and it was not good at all. Should have gone with the waitress recommendation of the Alligator alley which was good. We ordered the cheese board to share and it was average. I also had the Cuban pork roll and it was dry, had to ask for mayonnaise on the side, it comes with a side of chips, presentation of food needs improvement. Our waitress was super sweet and nice, however she did spill a drink on me which was no big deal, accidents happen. I just laughed it off, she was super apologetic. I was surprised though that not even 1 drink was comped after having one spilled on me. Good customer service would have at least comped a drink. I would go back not for the food or drinks but the vibe.

    The place is beautiful and I had a super cool vibe. The menu is basic a little overpriced, example: a Mexican tortilla with some guacamole and watermelon is $14, this just simply doesn’t make sense. Do not expect any quality service there. We had a reservation and no one welcomed us at the door we sat anywhere. After being served the waitress came by a few times. The servers, they aren’t on top of you as they should be they are all talking by the corner and you have to try to get their attention. Don’t go with any expectation.

    They didn't care that we had reservations, we were never greeted or seated. Apparently, they are not family friendly. We were told to seat far outside as 18 and under were not allowed inside. Later they asked us to move somewhere else. The server never came to our table, they tried to be as rude as possible to make us leave and that's exactly what happened. They could've been more professional and just explain to us. Their page says nothing about not bringing kids, I found them on google and thought it looked cute and the kids would enjoy it. Please make it clear that you don't want kids.
