The 4,200-square-foot building at 2601 W. Cary St. sold for $1.2 million to a group tied to Carytown Indian Cuisine and Jannat Indian Cuisine. The former Acacia Mid-Town space has sat vacant since The Coop's 2022 closure and may be revived for a new restaurant concept.
