The restaurant is immaculately clean, beautifully appointed and the staff were all eager to help us enjoy a stellar lunch. We were offered a basket of fried plantains with a delicious salsa along with a dish of crunchy salted maiz as we perused the menu. My husband and I chose two different ceviches and both arrived garnished to perfection and equally tasty. Our meal reminded us of our travels to Peru where we found the most wonderful restaurant that was worthy of several visits during our stay in Cusco. Carinito is another such place we hope to return to many times over. Thank you for such a delicious and delightful experience!
