    Host came 30 seconds after we paid our bill and told us they needed our table because there’s a 2 hour limit. We had only been there 1 hour 15 min. We all had entrees and drinks, it’s not like we just had chips and salsa. Also, guy next to us had poured his beer down the back of one of our chairs, no one even offered us an extra napkin.

    I had the chips, salsa and guacamole, and it was a very ample portion. It tasted great, but be warned that the guacamole has a kick. I also had the demon, and it was great, with a nice combo of sweet and hot.

    Took 10 minutes to get a waiter to come to table once we were seated. Our waiter was not very attentive. Had to ask another waiter to find our waiter to order another round of drinks. Then manager came over to take drink order. Overall the service was slow for not being very busy. Food was good.

    Food and drinks are always good here and the wait is never long. For what you pay you get a lot of value and the dishes are authentic. One of the few places on the strip that actually give you what you pay for!

    The food was sub-par at best. We ordered the 5 taco sampler and the mushroom enchiladas split between 2 people. All the food was luke warm and had obviously been sitting around all day. This food was NOT fresh. In all honesty, I've had better mexican food from a fast food joint. I was out the door for over $100.00 with dinner and a couple drinks. Save your money, do not eat here!

    Food and ambient was excellent. The waitress was in a hurry to get us out of there. Very rude. Got angry because i wanted to order appetizers and take my time to order my main dish. And was in a hurry to take the plates and i hadn't even finish eating.

    This was our first visit to this restaurant. The experience was fantastic all around! Good, service, food, chips & guac and the pineapple margarita …..all 5 stars! If you can get a table over- looking the waterways as gondoliers ride by, that’s a bonus! Atmosphere is not too noisy, just very pleasant. With so many Vegas choices, I would highly recommend this and visit again!

    Canonitas is always a great experience with wonderful staff, great food and beautiful views. Martine is our number one bartender. Anna is a great manager and always goes beyond for her guests.

    We enjoyed Canonita for our anniversary dinner while in Vegas for a concert. The ambiance was amazing, we sat right next to the canal and had the gondolas going by and could hear the singing, it was wonderful. The service was attentive and responsive. The food was beyond phenomenal. Overall, this was a terrific experience from the food to the environment to the service. I would not hesitate to book here for the next special event or even a regular meal the next time I am in Vegas.

    We had a great meal at Canonita! The food was delicious (we had tuna ceviche, braised beef enchiladas and pork barbacoa), tasty drinks (amazing Paloma!), and our service was wonderful. Highly recommend!

    When I made the reservation, it asked if we were celebrating anything and I said YES, a birthday and I even gave the name. Nothing was even mentioned, so what's the point of asking. Total let down.
