Service was fast and very good! Food was in my opinion decent, nothing to go home and brag about. However, my husband loved his chilean sea bass. The ambiance was horrible! Too loud and tables are so close together I heard other people’s conversation more than my own and not by choice. The idea of a romantic dinner was definitely thrown out the window. Piano and singer were super loud it made other people get louder. 👎🏻

The tres leches cake was dry :(. I was looking forward to a traditional pastel de tres leche. I return once a year to El Paso and have dinner at Cafe central. Previously our waiter was experienced and knowledgeable with the menu both bar and food. I don’t know that we will return this coming year. Thank you

The food was good but not too good as value because the price not equals flavors, presentation was very good but flavors not so great for the price, the service was good but they forget to bring part of the order, they apologized and offered not to charge the things the forget but we didn’t accepted, other than that was good service. The place was great and nice.

The food was lovely but after an hour wait, came out cold. No one came back to inquire about the food, offer to package leftovers or offer another cocktail. Hoping it was a fluke.

Went for thanksgiving…. Should have ordered from the menu and not the thanksgiving meal. Gravy had no taste, cranberry tasted very odd , turkey was dry, vegetables not good at all. Very disappointing. The music was just way too loud. Not sure we’ll return next year. Too bad, as we were really looking forward to the experience

We celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary at Cafe Central and it was superb! We were greeted with a Special Happy Anniversary Card and given a delicious sparkling complementary desert. Our meals were perfect and exactly as pictured on the website menu. Our servers were spot on, very attentive. Highly recommend!

Our server was complacent and not fully invested in our experience. It was our wedding anniversary and we decided to share it with you all. Never once tried to make a connection to the table, just dropped menus and checked back. The support staff was great, but the water was focused elsewhere.

Everything was perfect. I thought the lobster ravioli dish was a bit skimpy for the price, but it was very tasty. The service was good as were the cocktails. The mango colada cake was delicious.

I’m glad you were able to squeeze our 10 person party into an 8 person table. However, it was very uncomfortable. Very. The small chairs were very uncomfortable for our larger guests. And those with back surgeries. The waiters tried so hard including bringing our wheelchair in and out of storage. We had to remind our waiters about our ordered drinks more than once. We celebrated my 70th birthday on 6/12/2023 and it was lovely. Every November we celebrate my 96th year old birthday with you. She loves your restaurant. It’s the best in town. This time we were too crowded.

Usual exceptional dinner not there. Bacon wrapped shrimp were burnt. Jalapeño cheddar bread tasted old and stale. Crust on cheese cake was hard. Octopus ceviche and Chilean sea bass was excellent. Server was attentive but rushed. Long delays in getting drinks from bar and food from the kitchen. Not the upscale experience we expect from Cafe Central.

Cafe Central has been my favorite dining experience of my life. The service was exceptional, the food was incredible and the general feel of everything was just very elegant. Came here for my wife’s birthday and I’ll be looking for excuses to come in more often from now on. Speaking of which, my cat’s anniversary is coming up, going to have to celebrate!

The double cut bacon pork was inside uncook, overcook outside. I have been a lot of times in this restaurant, this is the first time i didnt like the food. Salmom, Sea Bass and tenderlion. The poblano soup was delicious ! And drinks I spent $400.00 dlls . The enviromant perfect

Adam-our server was amazing! As was the green chile’ soup-don’t even ask about it, just order it! The miso glazed sea bass was phenomenal! So fresh and light with a great flavor. Also, this is the place to try Tres Leches while in El Paso. I need to again because as I’m typing this,I’m craving that soup!

It’s a beautiful restaurant, just very slow. Our dinner was 2.5 hours without ordering dessert. Appetizers and bread are delicious. The rack of lamb and the Chilean sea bass were top notch. The ribeyes are good for El Paso, but not the I highest quality of meat. Overall one of the better El Paso high end restaurants.

Quality of food is bar none but people say it’s overly priced and I say you’re not paying for the food you’re paying for the experience. Our waiter took the time to get to know us and advise us individually of the food the bread choices are fantastic and never ending, the meal cooked to perfection and the price was just what I expected for the service we received. I will gladly be dining there in the future

Top of the notch! Cafe Central is still the Best restaurant in El Paso. The menu has an option for every taste, and every single dish is perfectly prepared. The wine list is great, and with a price that invites to come over an over to pair them with the plates. Inlook forward in coming back every time I am in El Paso.
