In the seaside town of Mondello located north of Palermo, the capital of Sicily, is the famous restaurant "byebyeblues", which has been awarded a star in the Michelin Guide for 10 consecutive years. Local chef Patrizia is known in Italy as the first Sicilian chef to receive a star.

ちょうどシェフが来日していました。本店は海沿いらしく、魚介類中心のシチリア料理になります。日本の食材を上手く取り入れて再構築されています。どの料理も素晴らしかったです。

食器やお店の雰囲気がとても素敵でした。お料理に合うワインも楽しめました。鰯のパスタが絶品でした！スタッフの方が丁寧にメニューの説明やお店のこだわりを説明してくださり、シチリア料理の奥深さを感じました。

新規開店おめでとうございます。『byebyeblues TOKYO(バイバイブルーストウキョウ)』、どんな感じのお店なのか？ドキドキしながらお店に入りました。一歩踏み出すと、そこは、サローネグループならではの、いつものホスピタリティあふれる空間でした。スタッフのウエルカムにホッと安心しました。

We went there for Christmas eve. Not a very big restaurant actually, nicely decorated, quiet. Service was outstanding, food was very nice but not amazing. I would go again though as it's a very good restaurant and not that very expensive.

9月に閉めたロットチェントに比べるとコスパは悪いかなぁと思いました。ランチコース¥13,200をいただきましたがパンとお茶菓子ぬいて約7皿で炭水化物系の前菜が多かった印象。サービス料金10%とるので、パン以外で前菜多めだと素晴らしかったと思います。

東京ビルTOKIAにあるリストランテ。ランチで訪問。伊シチリア州パレルモ郊外の海岸の街モンデッロにある「bye bye blues」とサロ－ネグル－プの提携による同店の日本店。白を基調として同海岸をイメ－ジした壁一面の絵が印象的な店内はテ－ブル２０席、個室１部屋６席の作り。店名は‘悲しみよ、さようなら’の意。コンセプトは‘伊と時差の無いリストランテ’。伊女性シェフの監修によるＷシェフ体制のお店。デグスタツィオ－ネコ－スをオ－ダ－。アンティパストは、スフィンチョ－ネ、茄子プレ詰め湯剥きトマト＆アランチ－ニ、プリモは高海老＆ドライトマトのトンナレッリ、セコンドはパン粉＆バジリコ＆ピノ－ロを巻いた梶木鮪のインヴォルティ－ニトマト＆オレガノ＆オリ－ブのソ－スカポナ－タ添えを頂きました。お料理は和食材を用いながら正に本場感覚のお皿です。芸術作品とも言えるインヴォルティ－ニ、旨味溢れるカポナ－タに感動！大絶賛。
